I find the characters to vary each day from cute to painstakingly annoying, but if this game can keep the kids occupied, then more power to them.

I was trying to find a game that my 5 year old can play. It was hard to find a game that didn't use the nunchuck and had 4 players. She really likes it but it is difficult to figure out which special moves work for each level.

I bought this game for my kids (12, 8, 3) yesterday at lunch and gave it to them and by the next day they had already beaten it and I would say in total it took them about 5 hours to beat. For 30.00 they could have made this game a little more challenging. I played a little bit and things I didn't like was that it is very easy to bump into another player and kill them. You really have to pace yourself and let one person go first while the rest just sit back. I did like the fact that each smurf (as you go along you unlock others) has their own unique power which could be helpful at certain times. The levels aren't too difficult and are all pretty much the same, run through and jump or hit enemies and get as many smurf berries that you can. Get to the boss dodge whatever he may throw at you and jump on his head. I was really hoping for more but luckily I had a $20 gift certificate I had to use so this game only cost me $10. For my kids there is a replay value since they are still going through trying to collect coins they missed the first time. The best part about this game is the ending, instead of sitting there watching the credits or resetting the game you can make it scroll quicker by holding down the 2 button. Overall, it's a good game for kids but you are better off buying this used and saving a couple of bucks.
