I wasn't sure what to think when I saw the trailer for this film earlier this year, however the director and voice actors pulled off a top notch movie, combining CGI, hand-drawn animation and live action footage that serves to be refreshing, creative and downright hilarious! I don't buy many movies, but lets just say that the 'rap-battle' towards the end, warranted a day-one purchase for me!

The Western Digital "My Passport" Ultra portable hard drive has a very large capacity of 1 TB and is a great physical size for carrying with you. It was easy to connect to the computers USB with the short USB cable that came with the portable drive. The installation was automatic. The free software included automatic backup of my hard disk if I wanted. I just love My Passport.

Growing up on the original Scooby Doo, I never thought I would like this show, but it has definitely grown on me. This movie was great. It is full of all the ridiculousness that you would expect to find from a talking sponge and his moronic friend Patrick Star. Antonio Banderas is excellent as the bad guy, stealing the scenes with his best Jack Sparrow impersonations.

I'm no stranger to SpongeBob and have enjoyed a few episodes over the years...this movie was definitely for kids only though. It was even worse watching it the second time at home. BUT my 9 year old stepdaughter thought it was like the greatest movie ever made and that's the Target audience so I would definitely recommend (just make yourself scarce when your kids watch it lol)

About what you'd expect from SpongeBob. Depending on your mileage with the show you may feel like you've been beat over the head with SpongeBob's rubber chicken sense of humor one too many times by now, but it makes up for it somewhat with the CG toward the end. Shame we lost Ernest Borgnine, this would have been a great movie for his Mermaid Man character to appear in.

My kids love SpongeBob so of course they had to own the latest movie. Not bad for a kids movie, I even found myself laughing a bit at the jokes. Love the fact that you get all the formats in one purchase. My kids can watch on the Blu-ray player in the front room, the DVD player in their room or the digital copy can be accessed from any computer (great for traveling!).

This movie was great. Everything you look for in a family movie. The animated part is good but once it gets to real world is where it gets very entertaining. My kids love it and laugh every time they watch it. The bonus beach ball that came with this blu Ray was also a great incentive to but. My kids have not stopped playing with that

I bought this as much for the 3D presentation as I did the movie itself. The movie was pretty funny with as much adult humor as you can sneak into a presumably kids presentation. The 3D did suffer a fair amount of ghosting in certain areas using a PS3 and Epson projector combination that rarely has any problems.

i have been watching this since childhood and even watching it now look great in 3d and never get old bec its fun for any age thanks to bestbuy for sale price i feel younger nowdays

We watch Spongebob every day, so we are used to regular shenanigans. I thought the movie would be bigger and better, and it was to an extent. However, it seems like they left a lot of potential out . They're only out of water for less than a third of the movie. good fun and enjoyable, but not 5 stars. P.S. the beach ball leaks

When we buy a movie for our daughter, we love finding the Blue Ray (for the house), DVD (for the car player), + digital copy (for the computers/tablets). These are great options and love using them. The movie itself is good, something I can handle watching a few times. Although best one so far is Penguins of Madagascar.

family saw the movie in the theater and my grandson loved it. When it came out on Blue Ray/DVD he was ready to get it. We were looking for the package that came with the PEZ dispensers but could not find it anywhere and Best Buy was the only place we found that carried the package with the beach ball.

I would like to start off by saying I do not let my kids watch the spongebob TV show but I heard a lot of goods things about this movie from friends who brought their kids to the theatre to see it. So I preordered the movie and it did not disappoint. It was a great movie for family movie night

So while the storyline doesn't seem quite as dynamic as the first few seasons and the first movie I still found it really entertaining. As someone who grew up with the show I appreciated a new movie and the updated animation made the 3D really spectacular. Enjoyable movie as me and my niece both sat through it.

My old tablet had gotten obsolete, and I wanted a tablet that could be used as a fully functional PC. This guy does a great job! A much better buy than the Surface, larger screen, more memory, and included keyboard. Only cons are it is heavier than a tablet, and the battery life is not great.

Having seen this film when it came I can safely say that the 3D version is the one to own. The 2D animation especially stands out with incredible depth! If you have the money and you haven't seen this version give it a look.

Sponge out of water is a great time for all, young and old. As usual Plankton is trying to steal the Crabby Patty secret formula, but this leads to some very unusual adventures. The movie enjoys bright colorful animation and some fun live-action sequences. The 3d is also very well done.

As a big fan of the square dude, I was looking forward to the second SpongeBob movie. I did enjoy the first movie more for its heartfelt tone and I thought it was much funnier. Sponge Out of Water is still great and more of an action packed ride. The ending of this film will surely have your full attention

This is a fun quirky movie I bought for my sun. The digital HD code was redeemed at Flixster but I was able to watch it on Vudu after I redeemed the code. Being that this movie was bought to entertain my son and it had his attention, I would say it did its job. He also enjoyed the included beach ball.

I took my kids to the movies to see this. They've been bugging me ever since, to take them to see it again. When it came out on bluray, I bought it. They were so happy when I brought it home. They have been watching this movie everyday since. It came with a blowup beach all as well.
