The Star is a great movie that depicts the story of Jesus in a way that is fun for kids and entertaining for the family without missing out on anything important. You will fall in love with the characters and it will be an instant Christmas classic for your kids to enjoy year after year. Having the Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital combo allows you for plenty of viewing options. It is great to have the discs that you can use or take with you when you travel or visit friends, but it is also very convenient to tie this to your Apple account or Movies Anywhere account for easy viewing on all of your devices at any time.

I love this Christmas movie! I remember taking my daughter to see it in the theatre and we loved it, I tried to find it streaming and didn’t find it on any service. Great price for the bluray/DVD/digital combo. Got it on my Movies Anywhere now so we can watch it every Christmas season! Super cute movie, love all the animals! So funny and great story.

My 7 year old son has asked me for this movie every time we go into Best Buy. I finally caved when it went on sale. Both of my kids loved every second on the movie. It is religious taking after stories from the Bible so I was quite pleased they really wanted to see this movie and help further along what they are learning in Catholic School. I watched part of the movie and as a parent can easily give it my endorsement.

I loved the movie. Keep Baby Jesus in your Christmas. It did bother my 4 yr old a bit. He watched it once but didn’t want to a second time. (Mean man with dogs chasing them down. ) but we don’t watch anything rough at all so he might be sensitive. Try again next year. The donkey is sweet.

My kids really enjoy this movie great holiday movie

A fun family animated Christmas story told through the viewpoint of a donkey. Not quite biblical in the sense that this movie adds a lot of talking animal characters which is fine. Great family fun for all ages to enjoy. Got the blu ray version and the picture quality is great.

The Star is a great family movie that isn't just great for the holidays, but year round. It's a fun and kid friendly way to tell the story of the birth of Christ. The music is great. We listen to it as a family on our Amazon devices all of the time. There aren't many Christian movies for kids, but this one I highly recommend.

This movie is very entertaining while giving the story of Jesus Christ's birth a twist through the view of the stable animals and a donkey that helps along the way. Funny and light-hearted. Both my children, ages 9 and 11 loved the movie. As a mom, I also found it quite entertaining. Wholesome entertainment.

Not to replace the true Christmas story but great storyline about the birth of the Christ child. It's interwoven with events that keeps you on edge. A great film for all ages that will move you to tears and laughter. The music and coloration is excellent.

We rented "The Star" when our children were smaller and hadn't seen it since. I picked up a Blu-ray copy for the family from Best Buy this year, and I'm glad I did. I remembered it as being a pleasant animated Christmas movie, but I had forgotten how funny it was. It is a warm family film that we will probably add to our "must watch" Christmas movie list every year.

Yes, the donkey leads us all through the retelling of the Greatest Story on Earth: The birth of the Christ! The movie is so underrated that it surprised me, that I learned things at my Senior Age. Children and Adults will love this movie.

I saw this with my family in the theater right after Christmas. When I saw it on sale I immediately grabbed it and bought it. That night my family and I watched it again. Great movie to watch multiple times. It is a Great family movie.
