This movie was recommended to me for years, I finally watched it last year. It was fantastic. I was at the edge of my seat the whole time. Great horror/thriller movie.

Here is a horror film that builds you up, and doesn't let you down. Definitely a fun movie to watch in the dark. Get ready for some good violence.

This movie made me jump at parts. The movie was good, but the ending kind of disappointed me.

It was good movie. I liked that it wasn't over done but still had me on the end of my seat.

this movie is scary from start to finish,,,definatly one of the scariest movies i've ever seen,,,and i see alot of them.

the strangers has nearly the exact same concept as the movie vacancy that stars luke wilson and kate beckinsale(or however you spell her name). this movie stars liv tyler and ryan speedman. there are no problems with the acting. but the story, well there is no story. the strangers just show up and torture them. theres no back story, no side story, just a hour and a half of torture. the movie is pretty well done, though. and i liked the fact that ryan speedman couldnt protect them even when he had a shotgun-it shows you that the good guys dont always win. the atmosphere is creepy, the reality of it pretty realistic and creepy, but in the the end its just a pointless fright show. i recommend vacancy.

Maybe I've just been desensitized by all of the horror movies of the past, but I thought this movie was lame. Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman's acting was on par but the script was lacking. This movie may have disturbed/frightened me if I was 12 or if I hadn't grown up watching the most gross of the sickest horror films.

This movie had so much potential. It could have been great. In fact, the first 30 minutes were. There was mounting suspense, I was actually creeped out. Then it did a nosedive. It was a complete ripoff of Vacancy, and what's worse is that it wasn't even a good ripoff! This could have been a fantastic movie, but it faltered. At one point, I was begging for the death of the main characters so that the movie would end! The last 45 minutes were so mindnumbingly stupid that I just wound up getting mad and wanted the movie to end. So much potential was squandered here. I'm a hardcore Horror movie fan, so this may appeal to those who are interested in thrillers or suspense. It might be entertaining for you...it was not for me.

I went in to see if this movie was as scary as people were claiming,they were so wrong,because this movie's not at all scary.It's about a couple who get a knock on their door after 4 a.m. and their remote getaway becomes a night of terror.The plot of the movie really doesn't make the movie any more entertaining.Liv Tyler's character seems a little shy in the beginning,but in the wake of playing scared her shyness goes out the window.But that still doesn't make it a good movie.Scott Speedman's character seems too much out of it.Like he didn't want to be in this movie.I did not see any dvd extras on the dvd to speak about,because I didn't want to waste any more time with this movie.

Okay I just watched this movie and I wanted to see it so bad. It was the stupidest movie I have ever watched. It was very short and just wasnt good at all. Sure it was scary but it was so stupid. I would not recomend watching this unless you like short stupid movies.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST MOVIE EVER, WE HAD FREE PASSES TO SEE AND IT WAS SOOOO BAD IT US STILL WANT OUR MONEY BACK! IT HAS THE WORST ENDING AND YOU'D BE WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!
