One of my favorites from the 80’s, which I actually saw in the theater. I’m so happy to have it on Blu-ray. They did a good job with the picture and sound. Of course you will see some grain and some scenes are a bit soft. The sound is the best they had to work with. It has some nice interviews with cast and crew. This was a low budget film, but the director did a great job. The main cast is great as well. Highly recommend this purchase.

Long out of print Sword & Sorcery flick gets a surprising 4K treatment! This came out just prior to Conan the Barbarian and is the more entertaining of the two movies at a fraction of the other's budget. The picture looks fantastic - the audio isn't quite up to the video standards, but the DTS 2.0 actually sounds better than the old Anchor Bay 5.1 remix (which is still included here).

I've been waiting for this to come out on Blu-ray. Although parts of the movie are grainy, it is a much better video and audio quality than the DVD. A fair job was done in restoration, but it's always been a fun movie to watch. If you haven't seen it, you need to.

A nice transfer of a film that has been tough to find for years. The original elements don’t have a lot of detail, but this is probably the best it’s going to look. My only qualm is Best Buy doesn’t carry it in store, and the slipcover arrived dinged up in mail.

Okay it’s not the best movie but if you’re a kid of the 80’s like me and love fantasy this will likely be a nostalgic guilty pleasure. Recommend for fans of the the era and genre.

Wow.Would have never thought I would see this classic look so good but thanks to the fine folks at scream factory this classic got a fantastic release,Highly recommended.

This movie was good for one that came out in the 80s. It is a very fun and good adventure movie for people who like 80s movies.

Good transfer, but "grainy". It's an old film, so some adjustments on my tv settings helped soften it up somewhat. Sound was fine, but not really mixed for todays Atmos set ups. Great for any collection of old tales of fantasy and magic. Slip cover looks great alongside my autographed picture of Richard Lynch as "King Cromwell"...
