My wife wanted this one to add to our Disney Classics. Price was about what I was seeing everywhere else, so went ahead and got it. Fun movie...excited for the live action in a few years.

Hard to say this is BD quality as the original is so old, but I loved this movie as a kid and my kids dig it to. I have not seen the regular dvd version to compare, but dvds seem so 60s+

Bought Sword and the Stone for the family and it was Great! Loved the Sherman Brothers songs and my kids and I loved it. Recommend to anyone wanting some much needed family time.

I purchased this for me to watch and then pass to my grand children. The video is updated and in Blu-ray is incredible. I love Disney and as with most Disney you cannot go wrong.

Most reviews i've seen about this blu-ray have been horrible. They say Disney botched transfer and some scenes look worse than others. When comparing the scenes with my original dvd, I didn't see much difference. Honestly, I thought the blu-ray looked great to me. It's one of my favorite Disney movies.

This is one of the last Disney animation movies from the golden age and it looks amazing even by today's standards, they would not make another until Robin Hood in the early 80's.

Not my favorite Disney movie but I wanted to add to my Disney collection and I have to admit when re-watching this for the first time since childhood it has risen in the Disney movie ranks

I always love the Disney movies... This Movie gives The hero role to a young boy. Not just to a little princess. Love the princesses but nice to have a lil prince in the picture.

This movie is such a classic, and still stands the test of time. Great lessons are taught and is a great movie for the family. It will bring back your memories of watching it as kids!

No this doesn’t involve any princesses, but it’s a great version of how Arthur was as a squire before finding the sword and eventually become king. I enjoy the wizard battle.

As I attempt to build a family movie collection, making the decision for "DVD" or "blu-ray" has been a challenge. We really love the look of HD. I am discovering that these anniversary and platinum releases are great quality. When the price difference is about $35, give one of these a try first.

This is one of the movies that help set the high disney classic standards. The movie is entertaining for children and adults a like. The extras include two short films, digital copy and other nice features.

Great story. Disney must see. This story has been retold so many times but this is still the best.

I loved this movie as a child. I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. Esme adored this movie and has watched it numerous times. Goes to show you that a well done movie stands the test of time.

I didn't realize this movie was 50 years old. It's just a classic. I remember watching this when I was a little one and now I own it as an adult. Everyone should see this movie!

A movie like this can never be overlooked. Always enjoy this classic story of an under rated kid rising to the top to become king. Its an ageless story with great animation.

My original copy was stolen and I wanted a replacement. Any age group should find this very entertaining. I'm 71 years old.

Great Classic Disney film FINALLY remastered on Blue Ray--the nice coat of paint on the remastered images is great! As an adult, this was great nostalgia. My 4 year old liked it as well. Enjoy!

One of the better movies from my childhood. If you enjoy magic and hilarious coyote chases the you will want to see this movie. This movie also provides a crazy plot on King Arthur and Merlin. This is an excellent movie for children, one of my favorites from when I was young.
