I know its a Korean movie but that doesn't make it less enjoyable. The swordsman is the story of a medieval bodyguard sworn to protect the life of his master's daughter. There's plenty of sword fights especially the scenes that are depicted in slow motion. Also the sound effects that you can experience with a Dolby Atmos system will make a difference. Don't let this one pass you by.

I thought it was Japanese production. Surprised it was an Korean production film. This film was written very well. Storyline was well paced. I always marvel at the Korean cinematography. Especially the scenic scenes. The choreography of the fight scenes was well done! Also this movie was based on true historical events. Loved this film!

Watched it today and enjoyed every bit of it! Wish it was longer. Action was great and acting was done very well. Surround sounds were present throughout the movie. Thanks for an enjoyable movie!

Really liking the work in this movie. Also starring Joe Taslim, who was in the Raid: Remption, Warrior on HBOmax and most recently on the Mortal Combat film.

A very well told intriguing story of the dedication of a guard of a princess to protect her from birth. You don't realize that is story until your more into the tale...

Great movie love sword movies from Asia has English dub so there's no need to read subtitles you can watch and enjoy

This is one of the best kung fu movie that I have seen in a while. Love the fight scene. I love the story line as well. Check it out!

If you don’t mind reading subtitles, then this is a very good action film with a believable plot and very good acting. I will likely watch it again, as it is better than a lot of other action films I have seen recently.
