Great for Kids; Total Bore for Anyone Else...

I bought this game due to the fact that I adore the book and the movie. To my dismay, this game doesn't really adhere to either of the plots. I was also expecting it to be a free-roaming game and it happens to be very linear. There is no replay value except perhaps getting perfect scores for levels and dressing up as a chef or knight. It's pretty simple for the majority of the game, but there are random points at which it is ridiculously difficult and requires near perfect maneuvers. The boss battles are ridiculously easy, even on "normal" mode. It really wasn't worth the forty dollars. All in all, it's an ideal game for parents to give to little kids as there is no gory or inappropriate content to speak of and it is simple enough for children to play. If you're older than ten, there really isn't a point in playing the game.
