Honestly I enjoyed this film, the only issue I could really say is that at times it felt a bit trippy to me, it has gained a nickname in my household. The Tale of Princess Moonbaby.

Yeah even tho I was initially apprehensive of the animation style I can now affirm that this is classic Ghibli.

Had been looking forward to this for a while. The animation is unique and the movie is pretty good, but more so towards the end.

This is a great tale with a solid story. Younger audiences may not be attentive the whole way through.

The ink brush art style is a departure from Studio Ghibli usual style, and grows more complex as the movie goes on, and just adds to the charm of everyone and everything.
