I enjoy movies that are based upon real-life individuals and material that deals with science. The real-life story takes precedence over the sciences portion so it is geared more toward the drama crowd. I was hoping for more science but maybe that is just me.

This is probably one of my new favorites. This movie was such a roller coaster of emotions, and was absolutely brilliant. It inspires you to never let anything stand in the way of what you love.

My boyfriend picked this movie and I was skeptical. What a great enlightening movie. Even my 7yr old loved it! Excellent for the family and morally humbling! Highly recommended!

Quite very literally, Eddie Redmayne became Stephen Hawking! You will really get a clear understanding not only of the man, but of the trials and tribulations of ALS. Amazing performances!!!

This is a really good movie. I guess life is all about the ying&yang and trying to find the balance. When sometime is great is gifted you, something else is taken away. The balance of life.

True stories are my favorivite movies. The Theory of Everything is one at the top of my list. The Theory of everything is compelling, and moving story. I highly recommend this movie!!!! ;)

I had heard many great things about this movie but had never seen it. I went in to Best Buy looking for something else and saw this DVD on sale. Great deal, great price, great movie.

I work at a health care clinic for the uninsured and indigent and I could relate to his struggles to overcome his physical ailments. I found it deeply moving and very well acted.

An unconditional love that held out as long as humanly possible... Great jobs by Eddie Redmayne ( who deservedly won an Oscar and Felicity Jones who very easily could of won ). Enjoy.

Eddie Redmayne delivers a wonderful performance. Gives you a great insight to Stephen Hawking himself. Not only his personal struggles, but the toll it takes on his family as well.

Bought this movie for 2 reasons. Eddie Redmayne & Johann Johannsson (who composed the score). Not disappointed one bit. Felicity Jones was excellent as well. Highly recommended.

This movie put a bit of light on a man recognized for his deep thinking and math skills. Okay I guess for the time allowed to cover a complex man. I hope not too many liberties were taken in making the movie from Jane Hawking's book.

I read a lot about this movie, and am familiar with Steven Hawkings work. Very interesting to see how he became the award winning scientist he is today and how he developed his theories and succeeded despite his physical limitations.

Fantastic acting, especially by Eddie Redmayne! Very believable as Stephen Hawking. Bluray quality is excellent, video and audio are superb. Wonderful story - don't miss it!

Theory of Everything is a great film. The actors were tremendous, Eddie Redmayne especially. For all the ups and downs the real life counterparts endured no one was painted in an uneven or harsh light. The POV remained a neutral narrator.

This movie shows so many of the struggles that Stephen has had to face while showing how he never gave up and still achieved great things. A definite watch if you ask me.

Purchased this at Christmas time and got a great deal. Like having the DVD in both Blue Ray and regular versions. Movie is great but I had already seen it at the theater.

E. Redmayne was great. Now I know who Stephen Hawking is. It was a moving story of a brilliant man. What an ability to deal with what he was going through, will inspire you.

We just wanted to see some entertainment for the evening and chose this movie. We did not know much about it. But the acting was superb and the true storyline facinating.

This was a great movie to understand Steven Hawking's life. It really made me want to look further into it. It looks at a whole other aspect of his life. Great movie!
