This is one of the greatest horror movies of all time. The atmosphere, writing, and tension bring together one of the greatest watches there is.

This is a favorite of mine as far as sci-fi horror movies goes. I am glad to see they finally came out with a version that is worthy of this movie. Best version of the film I have purchased yet (bought a few versions over the years).

I grew up on John Carpenter's movies. "The Thing" is still my favorite. The HD scan for this blu ray is much better than the first release. The sound leaps and bounds above. I also love the artwork that are done for these releases.

Dude! This artwork is amazing. What a bargain price for this in 4K. They really nailed this one. One of my favorite movies from when I was a kid.
