This review is specific to the single disk Blu-ray version of the film. I want to start by saying that I love this film! A classic caper movie that is anything but predictable. This movie appeals to both men & women. I have watched my original DVD well over a dozen times. That being said, this movie was at the top of my list for a Blu-ray upgrade. The quality of the Blu-ray is wonderful! Bolder colors, sharper look, and more background details. This is especially apparent in the outdoor scenes that take place in the glider & on the tropical island. Now, the reason for my 3 star rating. Prior to purchasing, I had checked product reviews on other sites, and noticed a few that stated there were no extras. What didn't sink in for me was the fact that my original copy had a commentary track by director John McTiernan. I know not everyone likes commentary tracks. I tend to enjoy them, especially if they have fun facts not found anywhere else. I understand that it is difficult to add additional features to older movies. What I cannot understand is why a previously released feature would be left off of the Blu-ray upgrade. In order to keep my old DVD, but not have to keep two packages, I had to buy a two disk Blu-ray case to hold both copies. An added expense I wasn't too thrilled with. Overall, the Blu-ray is still worth owning. I just wanted to be clear for those of you who are rebuying the film on Blu-ray.

Whew! Pierce Brosnan and Renee Russo have some chemistry! Well, ok, at least the characters do! And how fun to have Faye Dunaway appear as Thomas' analyst in this remake. Definitely a keeper!!!

Better than the original version. Exciting and sexy!

This was a great movie, the transfer to Blu Ray was better then expected, wish there had been some extras, but the price was great, and it included the DVD as well.

Not much to say other than the fact, it is one of my favorite movies of all time. No special features, extras what so ever.
