Slapstick at its finest. Larry, moe, and curly. Everyone knows their names and the historical fun they got into. It was never over the top or vulgar like some shows today.

If you are a fan of the Stooges, then this is the Dvd for you, especially if you have a HiDef Television.. Sony has really done a top notch job on the restoration of the 3 Stooges short series.. Vol. 2 is about to come out soon, so get this before they dry up! The shorts presented are in chronological order from their first.. These films look like they were just shot... I am very pleased with Sony's Three Stooges Collection..

This is how to do a Three Stooges dvd collection. It's all the original shorts. There are no Stooges meet whoever; No colorized, 3rd world vision. No goofy animated Stooges. The best part is, there is none of those extras that everyone seems to do these days. What you get is straight bare bones Moe, Larry and Curly.

Finally, a superior Stooge DVD. Sony has got it right, at last. This DVD starts off in chronilogical order, beginning with the Stooges' 1st short, "Women Haters" and goes thru 1936. The DVD appears to be remastered as the picture quality is vastly improved. A "must" for stooge fans.

I bought this, cause I'm a huge Stooges fan. Quite a few of the eopisodes I have never seen. This is a great start seeing all of their early stuff. Hopefully this colection continues so I can see all their work.

This is an awesome Stooges DVD, with some of the classic episodes. The first episode is extremley strange, it is a ryming skit that is not classic Stooge humor. The rest of the DVD is great so it is worth buying. I hope the second volume of the collection comes out soon.
