A fun Saturday afternoon flick

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Time Travelers is pretty silly even by 60s sci-fi standards but it does have its moments and goes down pretty easy. There's a reason why the MST3K folks chose this film to have some fun with and it's hard to take any of it seriously, but it works fine as a mildly diverting movie on a rainy day. The film is most notable for its ending which probably shocked and confused much of its young audience back in the day. Video and audio quality is quite good and the practical effects range from somewhat impressive to wonderfully goofy. If you don't go in expecting too much this is a friendly slice of AIP fun.

I'm glad it is now on Blu Ray and the quality looks pretty amazing for this type of film. A true guilty pleasure.
