If you do not have a dance background this video might take a while to master. There are four combination sequences to learn and for someone with no dance background their a lot to remember or lengthy. It takes patience and determination to remember the combinations. Once you get them down this video Is quite a workout.

The dance routine presented in this video is easy to learn and fun to do. It's nice to actually have fun while getting some good exercise. Excellent cardio while you forget you are even exercising.

I love Tracy Anderson but a little hard to follow.

I like the Tracy Anderson mat workout better. I like the cardio in this DVD but it's kinda hard to follow. She's definately not great at cueing. I do a lot of Chalene Johnson DVD's from Becahbody and she is much better at explaining steps & instructing. I like Tracy's moves but she needs to explain things better becaus I go to classes, do dvd's, etc... But she's definitely the hardest to follow.
