I'm only in my first week and I can absolutely love this DVD I haven't had a baby yet but like any woman I do have problem areas so after reading a lot of different reviews I decide to purchase this DVD and this money well spent you think it's not intense watching it but once you start doing the DVD you feel the muscles !!!!! I highly recommend this to anyone who just had a baby or if you have problem areas and trust me she will help you get there!!
