If you are a TWD fan you will want to play this for the storyline. Which isn't the best, but the voice acting is good. Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker voice their characters. Gameplay lacks challenge. At one point I realized I could jump on top of a cot and just slash at the walkers and they were unable to reach me. The graphics are a step back. you can tell this game was rushed to play on the popularity of the show. There are elements that had potential but fell flat. Deciding how you travel is one. You can choose backroads, streets, or highways which use more or less gas and give you more or less of a chance to breakdown or scavenge materials. However, the choices always take you to the same conclusion. Also, companions that can be sent to scavenge. However, the story behind these companions is lacking and you never feel invested in them enough to care if they live or die. Overall, I would say to give it a try if you are a fan of the show, but you may be trading it in after a play through.

Moves too slow, weapons are not good, constantly need to find energy. And it gets used up too fast. Could have been better.

The game has several different options and things to do on your journey. If you're not careful you will wind up dead again and again. One must pay very close attention for clues along the way. They will help you tremendously as you negotiate each life threatening task...

Overall was a good game, sad part is it ended quick was done in 2 days with the game!

story line is similar to the show. down side is its only one player.

My score hinges a lot on the $10 price I picked this game up for before Black Friday. For that price, this game was a steal. The graphics are dated and the game becomes very repetitive after a while. It seemed like this was more of an effort to throw something out the door with the Walking Dead title on it than an attempt to make a good game. That being said, it was fun to collect all the trophies and in-game relics which allow you to replay the game with various enhancements. You are rewarded for exploring levels with items and ammo as well as completing side missions. I got several dozen hours out of this game, and for $10 I thought that entertainment value alone made this game worth checking out.

The game is ok. I got it on sale so i cant complain. They played off the franchise name and could of made it a great game.

This game is okay for what it is. It would have been nice if they spent more time in development with it. If you can look around the bugs (audio and some control issues) you'll have a decent time with it if you just want a game to jump in and kill zombies. It doesn't compare to Left 4 Dead, Dead Island or the early Resident Evil series.

Wish you could be more than Daryl, wish you could play online, eases the fix till it comes back on the air

This game is awesome! It's scary and gets the adrenaline pumping! I got this game for my step-dad for Father's Day, and we play it all the time. We love the show, and the game is just a great way to bond.

This was bought by my son for his birthday. He likes the game because it's a first person shooter. He has to play this when my daughter is watching television in the other room because it gives her nightmares but what else could you expect from an 8 year old.

I enjoy this game all though there are some tweaks that are needed but I'm a fan so I enjoy it

I have seen other reviews that are criticizing the game because it is "not PS3 worthy" and other similar comments. However, I disagree and personally found the game to be quite good. This review is good for those that are not watchers of the show and have no idea what "The Walking Dead" is and would just like to try out a good zombie game. I'll start off by saying I do not watch the television show that this is based on. I just knew that the game was about zombies and that was enough for me to try it. I am glad I did. I find the game to be a very fun ride. It has great action sequences and nice "side missions" to complete that directly tie into the story's outcome. The graphics are not the most ground-breaking, but the action and shooting sequences are fun enough to keep you engaged and entertained. It really isn't a big deal. Overall, if you like to kill zombies, zombies, and MORE zombies, than you will like this game. I never watched the show and I enjoyed the game, and I can imagine the people that do watch the show will like the game even more if they played it. Give it a chance. You might be surprised.

I was excited to get this Walking Dead game because I love the series. I previously play the Tell Tale version which was much easier. This game is not really super hard but in order to save you have to finish the entire level or objective. I had to totally repeat several levels which gets really annoying after a while. Seem like your doing great then-youre dead. You have to be really smart and sneak alot because the walkers will attack you and come out of nowhere all 15 of them!

Graphics weren't so great and story line is pretty predictable, but still fun to play.

I'm a big fan of The Walking Dead, and waited to get this game on sale, after reading reviews, and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. This game is okay, could've and should've been alot better. I'm not sure what it is with comic and movie based games, maybe the licensing costs too much and there's not enough money left to make a great game, there almost always seems to be a rush to cash in and quality suffers. They had over 2 years since the show first came on to work on this game. Graphics are okay, play gets to be repeditive and tedious.I wish they had made this more like a Grand Theft Auto type game and would've been cool if it was multiplayer. Get this if you're a big fan of The Walking Dead and can find it on sale.

This game was given to me as a gift. I played it and I have to say its ok, I had high hopes for the game but that was destroyed by terrible game play and mediocre story.

One player game and the game has many flaws in it such as walker just come out of nowhere, and the game directions are misleading. My husband stop playing the game the same day I purchased it.

Great game needs a part 2. I didn't like it at first but then I learned new things to it.
