Re watching the first season from the current brings back so many memories of how this is a groundbreaking show that does an excellent job telling heartfelt stories and makes you really connect with the characters

If you're a fan of the zombie genre this show delivers!!!!! Aside from being a genre show, the acting and character development far surpasses almost any horror movie/show or drama for that matter! Highly recommended!

I would be the last person to get involved in a zombie show of ANY kind, but cannot stop watching The Walking Dead. It bring to screen much more than killing zombie - pretty profound questions about human behavior.

Starting watching "The Walking Dead" on Netflix and got hooked, then I had to go out and buy the whole series. It took me a while to find this one, but I finally have it now - thanks Best Buy!

The 6 episode first season is brief but still very good. While this season does feel too short the others are too long. I think 10-12 episodes would be more ideal. The shot on film picture quality is great. Thumbs up there. Unfortunately there are no audio commentaries on this season which is a shame since most of the them on the other seasons are well worth a listen.

Walking Dead is the best TV show hands down!!! If you are even a bit into action, horror, suspense you definitely want to see this show. Once you start you will not want to stop watching it

This show has a great story besides being thrilling! I wasn't expecting to enjoy the characters or storyline as much as I do (wasn't my idea to watch the show), but the more I watched it the better it got!

The walking dead is the best zombie series to date. Love the show and the characters. I had bought this on blu ray previously, but my dog took the disk out of my player and ate it, so I am buying it again.

I have watched since the premier on Halloween night years ago. This season really spends time with its characters and we see his they're affected by the zombie apocalypse. Addicting show.

I am a new "Walking Dead" fan and from disc 1 to disc 5 I have been hooked. My copies are all in great shape, arrived on time and I will watch them over and over until the disc's disappear.

This is a package deal of the entire first season of the Walking Dead, it was a great price and covers the full gambit of how it all started.

I never watch zombie stuff as there's really no interest on my part. Especially when I see it being on TMC. Don't watch this blue ray unless you want to spend more money on the rest.

Bought this for my 10 year old for Christmas.....he is in heaven. He started watching in season 3, so he is loving seeing everything that happened up to when he started watching the walking dead.

This series is very well done. You will love it. We bought it because our son suggested it. And were hooked right away. Bought all five seasons and power watched them in a couple of weeks.
