This is a terrific Danny DeVito film. Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner are great together, as always. A nice selection of special features as well as audio and picture quality here.

I love this movie. Marriage revenge movie with laughs.

The Turner-Douglas team has always been a favorite of mine ever since Romancing the Stone. But don't expect this to be a happily-ever-after movie just because the movie starts out that way. This is worth watching over and over just to see for yourself where things begin to go sour or where the point-of-no-return occurred. Don't let this happen to your marriage; so work on it however you can. This Bitter-Love-Hate relationship gets intense... disastrously intense until the bitter end.

The final film in the unofficial Douglas/Turner/DeVito trilogy. DeVito's style is unique, Turner and Douglas' chemistry is great. The special features are light but insightful. If your a fan of DeVito's work and haven't seen this movie yet, pull the trigger.

DeVito's direction is distinctively odd (with a lot of low-angle shots looking up at things), enjoyably mischievous and always somehow mindful that there may be, at the heart of all this comic mayhem, something substantial going on.

This movie is a very humorous and quirky story about a marriage gone wrong. Kathleen Turner, Michael Douglas, and Danny DeVito give wonderful performances. No matter how many times you watch it, it's always funny!

Michael Douglas and Danny Devito are amazing in this film. War of the Roses is a dark comedy, and is not for everyone. However, if your into dark comedy, this film is just right for you.

The great chemistry of Turner, Douglas and Devito made this movie into the classic comedy we still love today.Highly recommend this flick for anyone who appreciates dark humor.

This is a classic. I owned the VHS copy, but thought it was time to upgrade to the DVD format. Good story, well acted, and Danny Devito....a killer combination. Buy this one.

Who knew Danny Devito was such a great director? This movie is a very funny, very dark comedy about the slow death of a marriage and the destruction that follows.

Kathleen Turner and Michael Douglas are amazing. They play a married couple who have lost touch with each other and are going through a divorce. Both go to extreme lengths to get the other out of the home they have built. It makes you wonder when enough is enough in a marriage.

Great film about a married couple that fall out of love. Once the dinner plates start flying you can't look away. Really over the top in the best way.

Loved all of the stars in this movie! Exellent flow to the film and humor that is realistic between two married people who hate each other!

One of my favorite dark comedies. Danny Devito's direction is wonderful and the Blu contains a couple of new extras worth watching.

Got it at a great price. Originally saw this in my early teens and really liked it. Will revisit it soon and this time in HD!

I may never eat fish again but I will watch this movie over and over and over. All the actors do a fantastic job.

This is one of the darker comedies out there, but just like "Where's Poppa?" it's a really great one. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. Special Features on this disc are equally great. Have fun!

I Loved this Movie...it is funny funny funny..love it as much as now as did when was younger

One of, if not the best dark comedy ever. A must own if you have a dark sense of humor.
