This is a film that will be remembered even decades from now. In fact, it's one of those films that will be praised more after time passes. There were some controversies regarding the subject matter when this film was released in 2013, but there is no denying this is DiCaprio's greatest performance thus far. It blends riotous comedy and drama perfectly. This film is a very full story of a man's life and downfall, but it never feels slow or uninteresting. The story is very well-written, and is a highlight in Scorsese's broad filmography.

The movie is long, but it's awesome. When you watch this movie it will make you want to party. Me and my girl went through couple of batches of margaritas and beers watching it. This movie reminded me of Boiler Room on steroids...but this is a true story. I work in the finance industry so I could relate to a lot of this. Leonardio DeCaprio and Jonas play great parts in this movie. If you are conservative, this movie may not be for you. It's definitely not for kids. I have recommended this movie to many coworkers and friends that haven't seen it.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this movie going into it but boy what an awesome movie. Scorcese and DiCaprio just seem to be a prefect fit. And this might be the best venture they’ve put together. DiCaprio is the best he’s ever been here as the dispicable but somehow likeable Jordan Belfort. Truly believe he should have won an Oscar for this portrayal. There are so many memorable scenes and lines that you’ll refer back to. That’s the mark of a good film.

The Wolf of Wall Street is an interesting look at greed and excess in Wall Street during the 1980s. It is a little less Gordon Gecko and a little more Henry Hill. If you liked Goodfellas then this is the film for you! The bad part is the extras on this Bluray are limited to one behind the scenes short. Best Buy advertised an exclusive extra disc with more features, but this appeared as if it was never sold. My store looked in a 50 mile radius and it was not sold in any of those stores. It was also not available online. Big disappointment.

This movie is fun but packed with foul words. I do not think it is necessary to have so extensive bad languages but it feels annoying after a while. Otherwise it is a good movie with intense moments and entertaining.

Great movie but this 4k copy did not come with a slipcover.

I wanted to see this movie especially since it was based on a True Story. I did a lot of research on the guy (Jordan Belfort) this movie is really about. This was a great movie with a great cast of characters. Leonardo DiCaprio was just perfect playing his part in this movie that has lots of laughs as well as great acting. Definitely worth seeing and owning.

The best movie of 2013 and the best Blu-Ray of 2014! Awesome film and performances. Thank you Best Buy for giving us customers an extra disc of bonus behind the scenes footage. I do have to warn those who don't know about this movie that it is very adult oriented. Lots of language, drugs and nudity throughout the whole movie. If that is not your thing, wait for it to be cut for regular tv...if they can...lol.

Ok Leo deserves to get an oscar sometime soon! He has been in my top 5 actors for a while. I'm pretty picky when it comes to actors, they have to make me love them, hate them, want to be them all in different kinds of movies....Leo does a great job as does his supporting cast. The film is energetic and real, I would not however suggest this on family movie night or something to watch with the grandparents. (some scenes are extreme with nudity and lots of swearing). Anyways, grab a drink, sit back and relax!

This movie will be remembered for the committed performances of its leads. They were given material that in other hands would fall flat but Scorsese makes it all come across as a fun-filled romp by addicts of many persuasions be it drugs, sex, money, snake-oil salesmanship or just plain bad judgement. Definitely not the movie for those whose sensitivities are easily insulted. Image wise my standard Bluray seemed to have some crushed blacks with dark suits but is otherwise detailed and colorful.

This is a movie for a person that have to have an open mind about living the so call good life. There are scenes in this movie that is not for the average person to watch as a first date movie. You really have to be an open minded person that can appreciate this movie because these things happens when you have the big money. I asked a few people about it before I purchased it and some liked it and some didn't. Personally I enjoyed it because that's life.

Hollywood should follow suit to this type of film. It lays it all out on front street and makes no apologies for what it is. It keeps you wanting more. The fact it was nominated for an Oscar but won nothing is mind boggling. It only proves that the academy knows nothing about great films. See it at all costs. It deserves a spot on your shelf for sure. The acting is phenomenal, and is shot beautifully. Marty directs another classic that, despite being three it hours long never gets boring or slow.

This movie is quite crazy, as you well may know. Right off the bat you know it's going to be a good narrative and long movie because it's a Scorsese. Leonardo DiCaprio was great in this role, and deserved an Oscar nomination, so his performance never ceases to disappoint. The only thing a bit off about this film is that there are a few parts where you think the movie is going to end, but it just keeps going. This wasn't necessarily a bad thing to me, I enjoyed pretty much every part of it, but for others this could really throw them off. If you like Scorsese, you'll pretty much guaranteed like this. If not, then I hope you like crazy and ridiculous movies because this sure is jam-packed.

One of my favorite Scorsese movies alongside Goodfellas and Raging Bull. The movie looks great, the steelbook design could be better. Like the color scheme but Leo’s big head isn’t the most creative thing to display. Still, if you love the movie and collect steelbooks this is the one to go with.

Personally I hate this movie. But my husband LOVE LOVE LOVES it. I have come home 3 times in one week and he was watching it. I was like omg. One day he saw something on tv that reminded him of the movie and we had to stop what we were doing and play a spasific scene. So I guess if you are a guy you will LOVE this movie. Girls not so much.

Martin Scorsese's latest film, which is loosely based on the life of stockbroker Jordan Belfort, played to the "T" by Leonardo DiCaprio, shows that this old dog of a filmmaker can still learn some new tricks along the way and keep audiences coming back for more! Co-starring in the film is comedy regular Jonah Hill, whom I'm not a fan of, but thrills me in this show. A highly recommended piece of cinematic steak for those with a taste for Scorsese's classics like 'Goodfellas'.

This movie had A lot of hype so I was worried that it may not live up to it I was glad to see that this movie exceeded the hype wonderful performances by all involved & what more needs to be said about one of the greatest directors in movie making history sure the film might be long for some but as A DVD blu-ray release it was just fine watching it in my comfortable home theater Had I watched it an actual movie theater I don't know if the review would be so favorable

I only saw the trailer for this movie and thought that looked good so i decided to buy it. First off i didnt realize it was 3 hours long! Normally movies like that (Except Star Wars, LOTR, Hobbit, etc) can put me off. Also you would think with a 3 hour long movie there would be a lot of down time, or parts that dragged on. That was not the case for this movie. Leonardo DeCaprio and Jonah Hill make for an AWESOME duo. Acting is fantastic and theres a lot of humor, real humor, in this movie to make it worth while This movie is a great buy

"Sex. Money. Power. Drugs." As described in the DVD description. This is the perfect way to describe this movie. I will add the word Intense as Leo gives one of his most intense performances as a stockbroker which is based on a true story. This is a long movie but kept my attention throughout. Margot Robbie also gave an exceptional supporting role.

This movie was excellent!!!! Martin Scorsese is able to make a three hour epic with all the things in a great movie: great directing, incredible performances from Leo and Margot Robbie, a great story and it’s able to balance so many emotions from comedy to drama to sadness in moments and it says a lot about people on Wall Street. This was phenomenal!!!!
