THIS IS BASICALLY BLAIR WITCH PROJECT AND DIARY OF THE DEAD IN ONE.THE PLOT WAS GOOD BECAUSE THE CAUSE OF THE OUTBREAK WAS THE SOME KIND OF FLU AND THAT MADE IT SEEM REALISTIC.THE CAST JUMPED FROM GROUP TO GROUP AND YOU DIDN'T QUITE KNOW WHO WAS WHERE.IT WOULD GET PERSONAL WITH A GROUP THEN QUICKLY JUMP TO ANOTHER YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.THEN YOU DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT HAPPENED OR WHO HAD THE CAMERA.IT WAS KIND OF CONFUSING AT TIMES.IT LOST ME .SOME ZOMBIES LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE ALIVE-NOT ZOMBIES(BARELY ANY MAKE-UP) AND SOME LOOKED OVER DEAD(MAGGOTS AND FLESH).ZOMBIES ALWAYS HAD FLIES AROUND THEM-SO THAT WAS COOL--I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE.ALL IN ALL I WATCHED THE WHOLE THING THROUGH AND I PROBABLY WON'T THINK ABOUT IT AGAIN AFTER TODAY.IF YOU'RE A ZOMBIE LOVER LIKE ME WATCH IT-I WATCH ALL ZOMBIE MOVIES-GOOD OR BAD.IF YOU ARE NOT INTO ZOMBIES SKIP IT-TRUST ME.THERES A COUPLE OF GOOD PARTS THE REST ARE JUST BORING.

I know A lot of people like to start out by saying they “have never wrote a review, but this was so bad I had to”, well this is one of those occasions. I have always been a fan of Zombie movies and pick them up when ever I see a new one at the store. Well the over on the movie case shows a man with a shoot gun in a city (London) full of Zombies, THIS NEVER HAPPENS, or at least not on camera. It actually pains me to re-cap on the movie but I will so no one makes the same mistake I did and wastes 14.99 like I did; better ideas for the 14.99: give the money to charity, give it to a random person, flush it down a toilet, do ANYTHING ELSE. They had something with the plot and slaughtered it with grade G acting, poor costume design, and just about any other way they could. Dimension should be ashamed of themselves, I actually about bought one of there movies again the other day and then the thought of Zombie Diaries danced in my brain and I quickly put the movie back. THE END

First of all, I love Zombie movies. That said, this is probably the worst zombie movie I've ever seen. If you like zombie movies, rent it, don't buy it unless it's like $5. You'll like a few scenes. The move jumps around too much and has terrible make-up and special effects. The plot is decent but the acting is terrible. Diary of the Dead was much better. If you don't like zombie movies, skip it.

The opening like the army was moving in on manuevers was confusing. The plot was, as zombie movies go, standartd fare. The movie was very predictable in many places especially where you can be snuck up on by zombies that can't run but would make a lot of noise rustling through brush. Some of the effects were good but not outstanding.

So when I see a zombie movie that claims to be better than 28 Days Later, I had huge expectations. This movie disappointed in every area, it was not scary, there was no frightening sequences and all in all it was a horrible movie. DO NOT BUY!!!

It is an o.k. zombie moive, but not the best I've ever seen. I am not a big fan of the hand held camera genre. I was a little confused with the story, but face it, most people don't watch zombie movies for the content. It was a more serious zombie movie than most, which did make it unique.

Zombie Diaries all in all isn't just for the average Joe, but if you love horror films, indie films, and especially zombie films, this one gives you a run for your money. The acting wasn't TERRIBLE, I've definitely seen much worse, but it was spot on for the indie feel in my opinion. I thought the director had a great vision while shooting the film, I really enjoyed the scenery and the angles, and I thought the plot was pretty well done. If you're one of those people who complain about the actors because not everyone can act like brad pitt, then you probably wont like this movie. But if you are a fan of classics and can appreciate movies for what they're really worth like me, then I would definitely recommend checking this one out. I'd say rent it before you buy it.

Absolute garbage.....watched it once and threw it in the trash. Lucky for me I did not spend a lot for it.

Lame zombie movie and will be unhappy when you watch it.
