Waaaaay below that I expected for $1000 , red lights a weird vibration, aircompression , it’s was “recovery mode”……my muscles after this recovery spasm eraticly…….for a good hour. This happened every time I use this jet boots. It cause a weird muscle spasm in my legs not relax …..will nrrd to return them . So awkward and weird.

They placed the entire battery back in the sole of the foot rather than disbursing this across the length of the item. It makes the feet crazy heavy, cumbersome, and unpleasant to use.

The Therabody JetBoots Pro Plus provides therapy to your full legs via compression therapy, with vibration and LED light therapy. The compression boots cover your entire leg for pain relief, and temporary increase in blood circulation in the legs. Following are my observations after using the JetBoots: - The JetBoots come with two compression boots, a power adapter, a splitter cable that allows you to charge both boots at the same time, a nice carrying pouch that all of the items fit into, and a thorough set of instructions with a good troubleshooting guide. - The boots are synced so the program you run treats both legs at the same time. - The lead or main boot has an electronic control panel that allows you to power on/off the boots, start/pause/exit treatments, choose from the preset treatments, adjust treatment time, adjust pneumatic compression options, add or remove infrared light therapy, add vibration at three different levels. You can also see the battery indicator for both boots. - The battery life is 140 minutes on high use and 270 minutes on low use. - It comes with 8 different preset treatments, plus a Quick Start preset that allows you to adjust and customize the treatment however you like. The 8 presets include Recovery, Warm-up, Lower Leg, Upper Leg, Knee, Joint Therapy, Pain Relief and Sleep Prep. These are all designed to provide different types of treatment, depending on the area or overall type of treatment you are looking for. - The therapy settings that can be adjusted include the amount of pressure on the compression, the level of vibration, turning on and off the LED light therapy, the number of minutes and the cycle type. The cycle types of Sequential, Sequential Isolation, Static and Flow provide different types of inflation for different types of therapy. - I have used the Recovery, Joint Therapy, Pain Relief and Sleep Prep settings, all of which provide a noticeably different treatment and effect. I very much enjoy the massage to my legs and muscles and they do feel revived after use in the Recovery and Pain Relief settings and the sleep prep setting relaxes my legs before I go to bed. If you have leg pain, sore leg muscles or other leg problems, the Therabody JetBoots Pro Plus provide many therapy options to address a variety of issues.

The Therabody JetBoots PRO Plus is an advanced recovery tool designed for athletes and people who generally go to the gym. The JetBoots PRO Plus don’t have an external compressor where you connect the air tubes (like in my older compression boots) this makes it much easier to store the JetBoots Pro Plus. In addition a soft shell storage case comes with the boots, making it even easier to store. The JetBoots Pro Plus are constructed with durable materials that are easily wipe clean. The JetBoots PRO Plus uses pneumatic compression, vibration, and led lights to help with recovery. There is a control panel/remote embedded in one of the boots while the other boot sync to the “master” boot. This makes modifying, starting, or stopping the compression program easy to do while sitting. There are various preset modes that can be used such as: Joint Therapy, Pain Relief, Sleep Prep, but I specifically used the Recovery Mode after long runs and post leg-day gym workout. I have noticed that using the JetBoots PRO Plus after intense leg training results in a much faster recovery. It isn’t a magical device that will solve all of your problems because it also takes discipline to use this recovery device after an intense workout. The vibration feature helps my sore feet and calves the most. I don’t feel much of an impact in my quads or hamstrings, but that could be different for you. I don’t know how much value the led therapy provides since the biggest factor is definitely the compression. If you are truly active and engage in sports or hobbies that wear your legs out, then the JetBoots PRO Plus will help you get back to 100% with a quicker recovery than if you didn’t use them. It has cut my recovery by at least 50% which means I can go out on runs feeling 100% in a shorter period of time.

These boots are not only effective but also user-friendly and safe. If you're serious about post-workout recovery, I can’t recommend the RecoveryAir JetBoots enough. They are comfortable, efficient, and a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to recover faster and feel better after intense exercise. Five stars all the way!

I was skeptical based on some reviews, but these boots were excellent for recovery for me. They definitely make it easier to do cardio on a daily basis. I've also had my daughters use them and they have a serious dance schedule and it has been very helpful to their recovery.
