    I use this mat for all sorts of yoga from yin to hot yoga, def recommend. Good grip on both sides, though the slick side isn’t as good.

    This is an incredible yoga mat but it has the word 'gun' on it, not 'body' as depicted, which isn't a good look for LA and really shouldn't be a good look anywhere. I tried having it replaced to no avail so I use it at home where people don't immediately get PTSD from all the killings currently going on daily in the US.

    Sweat resistant, foamy, and much thicker and wider than normal yoga mats. This was the perfect solution for me.
