    I love them. Was an avid biker but stopped when winter rolled around. Got an indoor cycle after a while and started riding again. After taking so long off my legs weren’t in the best shape these help with the recovery so I can get back in shape faster.

    Medium is for anyone near 6 foot. I'm a 5'8 male and small is the perfect fit. They are great at what they do but ultimately you need patience and they do make you sweat just a little. I fell asleep in mine several times.

    Seemed large at first but as you dont have to zip it all the way up it workd really well fir both my wife (5'1'') and me (5'9"). Feels amazing, getting all swelling out.

    Pressure compares well to Normatec or Air Relax. I wish you could control each cycle to hold for a little longer (it's about 2 minutes before it releases and starts over), and I think at 5'7'' my legs are on the short end for the medium (bunches up when deflated) but the sale price couldn't be beat. I like that there's a continuous option and I love that the default is a battery pack - can use them outside for instance.

    Always nice to have a near by compression device. The bottom part doesn’t seem to inflate too intense but I keep it on the highest setting and it does pretty good.
