It really works! In my mid-fifties and definitely have texture, redness and some fine lines from aging. All of it is better after 30 days of use. The redness is diminished, skin looks smoother and fine lines seem less visible. It is relaxing and comfortable to wear. I will say that I don't love the "massage" feature which is basically vibrations. It is pretty loud, but it offers the option to turn that part off while still receiving the benefits of the light therapy. It also covers the entire face as there are not gaps except for the eyes. I also like the "hard case" design of the mask since it seems more durable.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it and uses it regularly every day! First, she said she really likes the ease of use and that she doesn’t have to hold it. Secondly, it is very comfortable to wear and the straps were easy to adjust. Third, she says the massage system is so relaxing! Forth, after 30 days of using it, she says she sees a difference in her skin. This is great as the LED therapy wands and lights she used in the past, seem to work but weren’t easy to use as she had to hold them the entire time and try to evenly use around her face.

The TheraFace Mask is very easy to use. It only takes 9 minutes to run through a cycle of red light for 3 minutes, red light plus near infrared for 3 minutes, and blue light for 3 minutes per session. My wife doesn't feel she needs the blue light, so she just presses the button after the first two color cycles finish to turn it off so her sessions only last 6 minutes. After doing some research on light therapy devices, I determined that the TheraFace Mask uses light wavelengths and power density that have been proven through research to have positive results in the study subjects. We've only been using it for 2 weeks, so can't confirm results quite yet. My wife thinks it's helped her skin look healthier already. The documentation says to give it 12 weeks before expecting to see results. So far, I think it's a good device if you want a light therapy device. The vibration therapy that is an added function of this facemask is O.K. It's kind of relaxing, but I'm not sure it really adds anything to the therapy session, but it doesn't really detract from it either. It seems like the rubber pieces that touch your skin to do the vibration block the light from those locations where they touch your skin. They're fairly small locations on your skin that don't get light so I don't think it's a big issue, but it does seem like that's a factor to consider on whether you would like this mask or not. I like the TheraFace Mask and recommend it since it uses scientifically proven wavelengths and power density, and it's easy to use and sessions are quick and efficient.

My wife says she likes doing it and it’s quite relaxing. She’s used it for nine months and a lady at the mall complimented her on her skin. She’s quite happy with the product and does it every night.

The mask is easy to use. I like that it has three different light therapies. I've only used the mask for about three weeks, but I'm starting to notice my skin's texture is smoother.

I was very skeptical about buying this but was hoping for the best and I have to say that I absolutely do see a difference since I started using it.

I was excited to finally have a Red Light Mask! The massage aspect of this mask was the selling point for me. Each different light setting has a different massage pattern. I definitely notice that this mask helps reduce acne emergence on the outer layer of my skin. A quality of life product that comes with this product is the mask stand, makes it nice to display. I'd just recommend to not strap it to tight as it'll leave marks on the face and consistently charge it as the mask doesn't have a good interface on battery level. So definitely bring that charger when traveling!

Bought as a gift for my wife and now we both use it. Excellent purchase, well worth it and very easy to use. Plus she has a great holloween mask if need be. But with all seriousness it is a great product.

My wife and I love it. After reading the reviews we were a little concerned about the weight and the vibration modes, after receiving it we found zero issue with the weight and you can turn the vibration off if you don't like it, we both like it so no issue there. My wife swears she sees an improvement; me I just do two cycles every morning and hope for the best you can only do so much lol.

Unboxing this Therabody TheraFace Mask was quite interesting. I almost held my breath in expectation. Seriously. I didn't quite know what this unusual facial therapy device would be like. Yet I went into this curious as to what long-term benefits this mask might have as part of my daily self-care routine. The mask was bigger than I'd imagined. But then again, the overall size needs to fit your face. I'm assuming a basic average facial measurement size was decided upon to fit most people. At first glance, the TheraFace Mask is like something out of a movie or video game. I will confess, it was somewhat intimidating. But once I'd put the mask on, following the detailed instructions, it was much less intimidating an experience. Because I'm not used to anything like this mask fully covering my face, I felt a bit claustrophobic. However, I quickly got used to how it felt wearing the mask, making sure to adjust the straps so as to balance the weight of the device on my head for better comfort and in order to get the mask positioned properly. I can say that there was plenty of air circulation between the mask and my face, so I could breathe just fine. But after my first 9-minute "treatment," my face felt a little warm, though not overly much; not to where it was concerning. Now what was slightly concerning to me, was that my lower face stung a little, almost as if I had the beginnings of a light sunburn. There was minimal pinkening of my skin (as the User Manual advised there might be), and this did go away after about 10 minutes. Another thing I noticed was that after each treatment, my face felt really dried out. The manual recommends using your favorite moisturizer should this occur. *Before using this device: DO read through the User Manual, paying particular attention to the Safety Information, Care & Cleaning, and Warnings & Guidance sections. As for quality, there is no question that this Therabody TheraFace Mask is made exceptionally well. And with this device being FDA approved, I feel reasonably confident that it has been tested over the required amount of time, and would be safe for 'most' people. But would I recommend? No. This facial therapy mask IS quite pricey. More importantly, as for me myself, I have too many "reservations" about this technology. However, if you are considering such a device, please do some research before buying.
