I’ve been using the Theragun Plus for a bit now and honestly, it’s a great device. The percussion massage itself is super solid – it really gets into tight muscles after long days or workouts – but the real star for me is the heat. The built-in heat just takes everything to another level. Instead of just pounding away on sore spots, the warmth helps the muscles relax faster, so it feels more like a deep, soothing treatment than just a massage gun. It’s especially clutch for stiff neck/shoulder days or lower back tightness.

This was a great deal for a great price. Easy to use and great for travel!

I have some experience with massage guns, both off-brand models as well as another model in the Therabody line, and to very briefly sum up my thoughts on this one, I really like it and I think it really would work for most people. The build is solid, yet compact and travel friendly, it looks “good,” the design was well thought out, the app is useful and easy to use, and, most importantly, the device is effective and delivers on what it promises to do. Very well. For those used to a “handle” like many percussion massagers have, this may take a small amount of time to get used to, but as a first timer, I really found it to be no issue. Additionally, the somewhat smaller size makes it easier to maneuver. As for what it does, and how it does it, I think these devices, in general, are a worthy investment not only for those into fitness, but also for those who spend a lot of time on their feet or are just generally active. This is deceptively powerful, and it gets deep into your muscles. The feeling and result are really hard to put into words, but it simply just makes you feel good. Calm. Relaxed. Loose. I suppose recovered works as well. New to me is the heat feature, which, to be honest, I was not really sure what to think about going in. I can’t really speak to the science here, but It gets warmer than I thought it would, feels quite good, and I think is a great add. Briefly, battery life has been great so far, and charging is quick as well as easy. They provide a cable, but no brick. The included case is quite basic, and if I had to nitpick, for a somewhat premium device, maybe I would like something a little better. Along those same lines, while I appreciate that you can use other attachments that Therabody offers, “maybe” give another with purchase? I understand the line, and they have other options, but I don’t think it would be out of line. Ultimately, despite those few minor quibbles I have, I really like this for what it is. It works, well. Full stop. Yes, it is a premium device, but for the quality of life improvements it gives me, I think it is worth it and the value is there.

I've been impressed with this thing, despite it's compact size it's powerful and packs a bunch in a small form. If you're new to one of these you'll unlock a world of massage therapy that you can control in a guided way with the included Therabody app. It has a built-in coach option in the app that can help personalize recovery plans based on your goals and needs. In terms of function, it's really simple to use and the recommendations that the app makes helps educate you on what and where you can target sessions to achieve a desired result. If you're on the fence, I'd say do it simply because now having tried it for several weeks I can honestly say it helps in ways I didn't really think it would to help with pain and improve circulation for a faster recovery from workouts or just a strenuous active day. The other thing that's cool is this thing is heated and really can deliver targeted therapy where you need it. There is an add on cold attachment you can get if your needs are cold therapy as well. Charging is simple, and you can do it with a USB-C charger that you're already using to charge your phone, so no extra charge bricks! Each charge can go for multiple sessions before requiring a charge but of course varies on how you use it (like if you turn on heating). It's sleek, travel friendly and built solid. It's comfortable to hold and use and I'm impressed overall. This would be the perfect splurge or gift to give that someone who may not even know they want one might actually like one after trying a few sessions.

The Theragun Mini Plus - Portable Massage Gun with Heat from Therabody, is a fairly compact personal massager with various optional attachments. This model came with the Heat attachment, there are also other attachments available including, Vibration Plus and Cold Plus, the latter being appealing to me especially to fight inflammation due to injury or wear. This is an upgraded model from the previous version (Theragun Mini) and it weighs in at 1.38 pounds. It is relatively easy to control and use, however people with smaller hands might disagree. Speaking of travel, in addition to being compact and with the included travel pouch, this model is TSA compliant and can be locked in the off mode for travel to prevent accidental operation. In addition to having three concussive speeds, the included heat attachment, has three temperatures 113, 122, and 131 degrees. It is a powerful massager with a 25lb stall force (how much pressure you put on yourself with the device), Even though I thought the massage capabilities are perfect, my wife actually thought massage was a bit severe. The massager also connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth, the Therabody app sends metrics to the Apple Health app or other similar apps. The Therabody app has several massage regiments for different use cases and will adjust heat, percussive force and duration accordingly. The app also can measure the amount of pressure you are using. Overall, this is a much-improved massager especially with the availability of other Plus attachments when compared to the Theragun Mini (previous generation which is still available). It is USB-C chargeable, which makes it convenient. The heated massager has significantly helped with workout recovery.

Purchased for my husband as a gift. He owns two other products, but thought he'd appreciate this one to travel with.

The Therabody - Theragun Mini Plus is amazing with many attributes, including the following: Pros • The deep muscle relief is portable so you can use it on the go. It's compact size targets sore spots quickly without needing a partner. • It's integrated heating feature soothes tight muscles, improves blood flow, and helps the percussive action feel deeper and more effective. Really feels good on sore muscles. • Multiple speed/intensity settings let you fine-tune from gentle to intense depending on the muscle group and tolerance levels. If muscles are extremely sore, you can set it lower if needed. • The interchangeable attachments include different heads for large muscle groups, joints, and trigger points increase versatility. • It's handheld and portable which makes it lightweight and compact enough for gym bags, travel, or quick use at home. • I love the cordless operation. The rechargeable battery removes cord clutter and allows full range of motion while using on various places on the body that are harder to reach. • The percussion and heat combo can reduce soreness faster than massage or heat alone resulting in quicker recovery between sessions. • It is easy to use with simple controls, often with LED indicators for speed and heat status. There were only a couple negatives I could think of including: Cons • Can be noisy — many handheld percussion devices are louder than expected, which can be annoying in quiet spaces. • Limited reach — smaller handheld size can make it hard to self-treat mid-back without awkward arm positions. Overall, I really like the Theragun Mini Plus, especially the heat feature which feels great on sore or fatigued muscles. I would recommend it to anyone who is active or in sports that need recovery.

This little unit has a lot of functions and uses. I initially was going to go 4 stars, but used it again before writing this. My only drawback was the erg of it. I have one of the regular sized older model massage guns with a handle. This one having no handle holds different, but it is is a travel sized unit, so I realized I got what I asked for. It just takes getting used to holding it differently. What I like about this unit: Heated massage function. Didn't know it existed. Now I have the heat on anytime I use it. Several levels of heat and several intensity modes let you dial in the level you need. The app and programs seemed weird to me at first, but I dug in and tried them and realized just how useful the programs are in guiding you through movements, timing and intensity based on what your needs and body areas are. It is kind of like a coach guiding you through your rehab session versus just turning it on and moving it around your muscles. Battery life so far is good. Size is good, though, as I said, the palm fit is a little different than the handle type. What would be great for this would be a clamp type wall mount so you can use it alone on body parts that are inaccessible by your own arms, such as mid or low back. Not sure if that exists on the market. All in all good purchase. I recommend it. It definitely helps with the knots and soreness!

I’m a habitual runner and gym enthusiast, and I’ve owned several Therabody massage guns over the years to help relax or reactivate my muscles. You can find in their web the scientific explanation but from a user’s point of view, I haven’t found a better way to warm up before a weight session or to relax after a long run. I’m a firm believer in both the product and its positive effects on my body. Over time, I’ve added new massage guns and attachments to my collection, keeping pace with Therabody’s product evolution. Most recently, I added the Theragun Mini Plus Portable Massage Gun to my lineup for three main reasons: .- Portability: The unit is the perfect size for travel or to keep in a gym bag without adding noticeable weight. Its compact design also helps target hard-to-reach areas like the soles of the feet where larger guns can feel less precise. The ergonomic shape definitely improves control during massage. .- Heat functionality: From experience, heat makes a significant difference, especially when working on smaller or more sensitive muscles. One of my older guns doesn’t include this feature, and I find myself using that one less and less. .-Versatility: With three speed levels and three heat intensities, the Mini Plus covers all my needs and adapts easily to different recovery situations but also to the other family members, including kids, that could be aiming for something gentler. A few additional notes: .- The gun connects effortlessly to the Therabody app via Bluetooth. The app itself acts like a “massage coach,” guiding you through routines based on the muscle group you’re working on. Once you get used to this, it really enhances the experience. .- My only real critique: products designed for regular use should come with more than a one-year warranty. That said, my oldest Therabody gun over five years old still works perfectly. .- Quick recharging and long battery life make the device even more convenient. Overall, I absolutely love and recommend this product and the Therabody brand.

I want to start by saying that I suffer from chronic pain from a work related injury. I had a prior massager that was just worn out. So when I had the chance to receive this I jumped at it. And I must say I am well pleased that I did. This Therabody Mini Plus massager comes in a well packaged box that includes the massager, the heated attachment, a USB-C charging cable (THANK YOU Therabody) and a travel pouch, which allows you to put everything in the pouch when you travel. It comes w/ a charge, but I took the time to do a complete charge and while I waited I downloaded the Therabody App which is a MUST! Once I had it charged and had created my account I had the pleasure of using this for the first time, and I must say, it’s small, BUT it is powerful. The programs that are included w/ the App make this a game changer. I love how this is designed, in that while I use it I don’t get “hand fatigue” the shape of the Mini Plus allows you to grip it in so many ways. I love the heat, my older massager did not have that feature, and it really is noticeable heat. This Therabody Mini Plus has been a welcome addition to helping w/ my pain. I HIGHLY recommend this product

This mini-gun massager therapy percussive plus head comes with 3-heat intensity levels, 3 massage speeds and uses a USB-C to USB-A charging cable and a protective case for travel and transport. A Thereabody smartphone application is available for personalized recommendations from Coach by Thereabody for download from the Apple and Android application stores. The Theregun Mini Plus has bluetooth connectivity to accesss the appropriate application and to download recommended settings from the Thereabody application. The Thereagun Mini Plus device is very well designed and built with 7 optional percussion heads available from Theregun for expanded use with the Mini Plus gun. Each head serves a specific purpose. The available heads include the Cone, Supersoft, Wedge, Micropoint, Thumb, Standard Ball and Dampener.
