Love the sapphire dishwasher! Really cleans and is so quiet. Love the blue light on the floor to let me know it is still on and cleaning.

The Sapphire Series from Thermador is awesome. It has a built in water softener which is great for eliminating streaks from Florida’s hard water and no chemicals to do so only salt. The washer is so so quiet, don’t hear it at all. Features and options are too numerous to say but this machine has it all. Also has an LED light that shines on the floor letting you know what cycle the machine is on. Best dishwasher ever.

This dishwasher holds up to 18 wine glasses. My wife and I always struggled with putting wine glasses in our old GE Monogram, not this one. They have many different settings including one for delicate glassware.

We had a high end dishwasher for a number of years , after installation of the Thermador , we realized what truly sparkling dishes were. It removed the hazy film we had become accustomed to. Amazing product

This washer is amazing. There are so many things we have still left to learn about it, but it is amazingly quiet and the trays are so flexible to organize.

Purchased this high end dishwasher for our home, and it has been nothing but problems where pump has been replaced three times, control board once and now there is apparently a leak. Our cheap 20 year old dishwashers in apartments that we rent or other buildings we own seem to hum along just fine. Very disappointed with Thermador. Had trouble with prior thermador as well, and we bought this thinking we wanted to keep similar appliances as all other appliances were Thermador. Our Thermador stove died as well, and they are poorly designed where the fastening brass nuts have to be cut to repair the unit as they always lock due to different coefficient of expansion between steel and brass, and then the thin nut strips.
