We purchased this after an oven-fail at Thanksgiving with our previous Frigidaire that came with the house. The old stove also had hot spots and the temperature regulation was not good. Enter the Thermador. Right off the bat the new range looked great and was way more powerful. The consistently high output on all the burners (plus the extra low on two) is great and water finally boils faster and returns to a boil if cold ingredients are placed inside the pot). There are no hot spots when cooking - the temperature is even across the whole cookware piece and the adjustability is good. I find myself on medium vs. medium high for most things because it is powerful but it's something I got used to rather quickly. The oven is a dream. When a recipe says bake for 50 minutes, it takes 50 minutes (our old oven would take 1.5+ hours or require a much higher temperature). The convection feature is great and the broiler is mighty powerful. The easy slide rack in the over makes removing hot dishes or pans a breeze. All together this range is an amazing package: looks great, wonderful power with good temperature control, and easy to use.

This range is fantastic! Not only is it a great looking range, it also is amazing to cook with! It has ultra low simmering but massive heat is available for searing steaks. Rarely do I need to use high temp. Actually, to boil water is the only time I use high. The oven works great as well. We’ve baked so many different recipes and it cooks them all perfectly. The quality and workmanship are phenomenal. I cannot stress how happy we’ve been with this range. The free dishwasher is fantastic as well! We are thermador customers for life!

Almost went with a Viking gas range but at the last moment read reviews and everyone was saying Thermador is the way to go. Reliable and great value. We just took delivery and it looks fantastic! Can't wait to cook on it.....has (4) 18K BTU burners! Also, got a free Emerald dishwasher which is Bosch with a Thermador label.

Spectacular performance from a world class brand. The star burner seemed like a gimmick at first, but it is incredible. The precision of control is outstanding. From simmer to sear it is a star itself.

Would have been perfect but gave it 5 star anyway because the igniter had to be replaced as it didn’t stop clicking. Service was fast though. Got this on clearance so it was great value cheaper than low end brands.

We replaced a 19 year old Thermador unit with this one and are generally happy with it. Lesser cost units just don't have the build quality of higher end models. The star burners work very fast as described and oven heat is uniform. One complaint/ issue is the oven light is not automatic (it does not come on when door is opened) which takes getting used to. It's a common feature lacking in this model.

Compared to my older Thermdor this new model runs much hottter and is quality you can just feel. It looks great and makes a solid statement in the kitchen.

If you have never use a professional range you should try one. Great investment for people who like to cook.

Thermador is a great brand and this unit really delivers. Cooks like a high end stove.

The power of the cook top cannot be understated and the oven is magnificent. Wonderful to bake with.

Oven works very well by cooking evenly, but the gas cook top burners are large which does not heat pots or pans in the centers compared to areas in which the flames are touching, would recommend getting a model that also has smaller burners for using smaller sauce pots or pans

Oven cooks evenly and cooktop is very powerful. Love the low simmer settings too.

Best stove I’ve ever used! Gas stove cooking is so much better than electric.

Have a good range hood, way hotter than a normal stove top. Works great.
