Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered the merchandise in April with the understanding delivery to be in July, We still do not have the oven/microwave and on Wednesday 11-10-21 we found out that the part that connects the telescopic downdraft to our duct work was not included in the shipment. An order was placed today with an arrival date of 12-11-21. The individuals we have worked with have been very professional and helpful but the delays have wreaked havoc on our contractors schedule and completion timeline. As of this review, we have not been able to use any of the appliances due to issues with delivery and parts. Very disappointing!!

Looks clean on the exterior and the cooling performance on the inside feels even. The wifi capability is very nice and the push notifications when the fridge door is open is great! No complaints with the fridge so far!

The second one didn't make ice and they could not fix it. So it got replaced. Now the 3rd one blows the fuse and won't stay running. What a waste. Thermador! What can you do abour this??
