Slow to pre heat with no pre-heat timer, no cook timer, no clock. I am sort of blown away at how basic this $6,000+ oven is. I guess it cooks ok, geez how about some basic amenities for a top of the line brand.

We haven't been able to use the oven since it was damaged during installation or a defective product when delivered. We bought it in October and it took a month to be delivered. After discovering the oven didn't work, it is going to take another month for a replacement. So, we bought it in October and won't have a replacement until January. More than 3 months for this product. Hopefully the replacement works correctly.

Don’t ever purchase a dual fuel Thermador range. I spent $18k on a pro range. I had hot cocoa boil over onto the induction cooktop. It leaked into the internal mechanism and short circuited the entire unit. They sent out a repair person who said it was my fault and not covered under warranty and it would be $4k to repair. This is a design flaw! Buyer Beware!
