It was delivered as scheduled and the people hauled the old fridge and installed this new one. Upon seeing the BIG dent in the middle of the new Fridge, i called BB and the rep was very helpful. He said that this item is back ordered and will take months before getting it replaced. He suggested I keep the dented item as a loaner until I get the replacement. Owning a Thermador Ref has always been on my wishlist... I am so glad Thermador made this kind.

True dual compressor fridge. Plenty of space for a counter depth fridge. Only time will tell for durability but so far so good.

The storage drawers don't line up with the exterior doors so you need to open both front doors. Also you need to open the left door to use the water dispenser. Freezer storage is not large enough.
