The storage drawers don't line up with the exterior doors so you need to open both front doors. Also you need to open the left door to use the water dispenser. Freezer storage is not large enough.

Good not great

The water filter from bosch is not as good as other brands and you must use it water tastes funny miss my whirlpool

I’m not that impressed with the doors opening and closing, just seems very flimsy. For the price, go with Bosch bs Thermador name. Family out voted me, I should have boycotted and pushed for the Bosch

The only “thing” I don’t like is the left door and seal doesn’t have a strong seal. It seals within the Specs according to the manufacturer. The product is not level from to back. The front has to be a little higher to make sure the door stays close. Whenever you open or close the right door, the left door pops open and then closes. The interior led lights are great. The shelves can be moved. The middle vegetable drawer is a little whimsy and whimpy. The crisper drawers each have their own temperature control. It seamlessly connected to the internet. It makes ice great. It looks great and does come with a limiter for the door if required. It is made in China. Overall I’d recommend this product.

We bought it for the pure looks and it actually acts like a good item to kepe your food cool. I would recommend. PS its free on Memorial Day if you bundle.

Bad Product from a Reputable Manufacturer.

Refrig has a full width drawer that requires BOTH doors to be open to get in it. Has a left side drawer that again, requires BOTH doors to be open. Temp controls for drawers are overly complicated. User manual is so poorly written it makes product hard to understand. Only bought it so all appliances would be same manufacturer. No ice dispenser. Water dispenser in awkward location. DO NOT buy.

Don’t Bother…

Our freezer has become frosted over and I’ve been emailing customer service for two weeks trying to reach a resolution. All of our settings are at the recommended points and now I have to transfer everything out to unplug, defrost, and reset, or pay a technician to come out. I’m at a loss…

Schedule to get my 2 replacement, finally!

I am now finally schedule to get my 3rd one of these in 1 1/2 years. And the Best Buy process of having to send a tech out 3 times to verify that they can't fix it and been a huge time waster for me. I am seriously disappointed in aq product and service I thought was going to be superior. I am praying that the next one actaully works.

Disappointed in the Quality

The unit keeps running high pitched noise starting day 1 installed. It takes a month to have a technician to come. It doesn't worth $5k price. very disappointed the quality.

Water dispenser inside is very convenient and keeps small children away from water button like other refrigerators that have them on the outside door. Ice maker makes ice very quickly. The app controlling the different compartments is very convenient and easy to use. You allso can turn ice maker on and off in the app. Highly recommended!! Is a very well built unit.

Ice is perfect for cooling drinks and takes a while to melt, which is good. I like the lower split shelves in the fridge each of which has their own settings. Had many different brands in my past but this is truly a step up.
