Absolutely worthless - have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs. Heater needed replacement, as the fridge would freeze up, doors do not close properly and the freezer door opens automatically, filter issues, drainage issues etc etc
Have owned Subway, Viking, GE in other homes and still do, almost all flawless.
Thermador should be avoided, and if possible, replaced ASAP as I am likely to do. Would have done it long time ago if it was not built in.
Inherited this useless refrigerator when bought the current property otherwise would not have been my choice. Found notes from the previous owner who also had multiple issues and needed repairs.

Doors defective

Doors dont fully close they hit on the storage bin. Has been a nightmare to deal with thermador. DONT BUY TOTAL TECH PROTECTION PLAN. BUY GEEK SQUQD PROTECTION OUT RIGHT.

Strongly recommend not to buy Thermador

I would highly recommend against purchasing anything from Thermador or Bosch given my experience. Ice started building up and causing dripping and a drop in temperature in the top of my $10k+ Thermador refrigerator less than 4 years after purchase. After waiting 2 weeks for a technician, I was told that the heater, gutter, sensor and insulator would need to be replaced, which is not covered by warranty. I scheduled an appointment (after 45 minutes on hold) for the replacement to take place approximately 2 weeks later, the day before Thanksgiving. The technician never showed up, and when I reached out to him, he informed me that Thermador did not have him on the schedule for that day. I called Thermador customer service and (after a 30-minute wait) was told that the appointment had been cancelled because a part was on back order. So the appointment was cancelled without telling me and I had no functioning refrigerator for a holiday. The back-order date that I was given was December 11, and I was told that my case was referred to a supervisor. It is now December 21 and I have not heard again from anyone at Thermador.
