Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased the Thermador - Professional Series 29.8" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless steel oven through Pacific Kitchen Sales. It has been nothing but trouble since it was installed. The oven failed (shut down on the 23rd of Dec. just in time to ruin Christmas Eve and Christmas meals). It has shut down in the middle of baking on four different occasions. The oven doesn't heat to the desired temperature. Technicians have been out to "fix" the oven three times and it still doesn't work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I loved, loved it and never had an issue with it the entire time I owned my home. I cooked a moderate amount when I loved at my house and also entertained and the convection oven performed flawlessly! I wouldn't hesitate owning another Thermador.

This oven is heavenly to work with, love the KNOBS. we use both top and bottom for all kinds of cooking and its a delight
