Looks great but needs design improvement

Looks great, but daily function is not the greatest. The storage drawers don't line up with the exterior doors so you need to open both front doors. Also you need to open the left door to use the water dispenser. Freezer storage is not large enough.

Good not great

Had 8 months now Keeps good fresh great layout but the right hand door is hard to shut needs a good push so open door alarm goes off several times a day. The water filter from bosch is not as good as other brands and you must use it water tastes funny miss my whirlpool

Bosch seems just as good

Only purchases it Bc of the door handles vs the Bosch. I’m not that impressed with the doors opening and closing, just seems very flimsy. For the price, go with Bosch bs Thermador name. Family out voted me, I should have boycotted and pushed for the Bosch

Stainless steel is as thin as aluminum foil. Refrig has a full width drawer that requires BOTH doors to be open to get in it. Has a left side drawer that again, requires BOTH doors to be open. Temp controls for drawers are overly complicated. User manual is so poorly written it makes product hard to understand. Only bought it so all appliances would be same manufacturer. No ice dispenser. Water dispenser in awkward location. DO NOT buy.

Schedule to get my 2 replacement, finally!

This has been a nightmare. I paid for a high end product and got a disaster. I am now finally schedule to get my 3rd one of these in 1 1/2 years. And the Best Buy process of having to send a tech out 3 times to verify that they can't fix it and been a huge time waster for me. I am seriously disappointed in aq product and service I thought was going to be superior. I am praying that the next one actaully works.

Don’t Bother…

Customer service on the Thermador appliances has been highly disappointing and the quality has not met the basic standards for professional grade. Our freezer has become frosted over and I’ve been emailing customer service for two weeks trying to reach a resolution. All of our settings are at the recommended points and now I have to transfer everything out to unplug, defrost, and reset, or pay a technician to come out. I’m at a loss…

Not Sure about this refrigerator We have owned Thermador in the past and the quality of this refrigerator is sub par to other Thermador refrigerators we have owned. There is a label stain on the upper right corner Almost like this was re branded Will be contacting Best Buy to review this DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT TO MUCH MONE Y FOR THE QUALITY

Be aware of a high pitched noise

I would like to give 0 rating if I could. The unit keeps running high pitched noise starting day 1 installed. It takes a month to have a technician to come. It doesn't worth $5k price. very disappointed the quality.

Over all we are satisfied with the product. The only “thing” I don’t like is the left door and seal doesn’t have a strong seal. It seals within the Specs according to the manufacturer. The product is not level from to back. The front has to be a little higher to make sure the door stays close. Whenever you open or close the right door, the left door pops open and then closes. The interior led lights are great. The shelves can be moved. The middle vegetable drawer is a little whimsy and whimpy. The crisper drawers each have their own temperature control. It seamlessly connected to the internet. It makes ice great. It looks great and does come with a limiter for the door if required. It is made in China. Overall I’d recommend this product.

Pretty expensive but worth evey dollar. Easy to clean. Water dispenser inside is very convenient and keeps small children away from water button like other refrigerators that have them on the outside door. Ice maker makes ice very quickly. The app controlling the different compartments is very convenient and easy to use. You allso can turn ice maker on and off in the app. Highly recommended!! Is a very well built unit.
