I always build my own rigs and have for a few decades now, that being said I finally decided to take a look at pre-builts. I narrowed down the specs I was looking for and it was between 3 manufacturers. For me, Thermaltake was a "no brainer" as I've been using Thermaltake parts now and then for multiple different builds over the years. Ordered it up and had it a week ahead of the expected arrival date.
Quick breakdown, as I know specific manufacturers of components are not guaranteed, Asus mobo, Zotac GPU, Corsair RAM, Adata Legend m.2, Thermaltake case and cooling. Not necessarily all parts I would go with in a build, but solid reputations regardless.
A month or two in... absolutely flawless, zero issues, no crashes, locks, or temp spikes. From Oblivion Remastered, Deadlock, Doom:DA, Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, this thing crushes everything. It has been such a relief not worrying about anything and everything just working amazingly well. I have been pleasantly surprised and have zero regrets, nice job Thermaltake!

A great pre-built PC for gaming or any kind of productivity tasks. The Ryzen 9950x3D and GTX 5080 handle all the latest games and video editing software I need with plenty of room for background tasks like steaming. It is well constructed with zero problems cleaning and setting it up. It also looks great in the workspace.

I had been considering DIY, custom pre-built and only occasionally browsed non-custom pre-built. Its been a decade since I built a new computer so I wanted something fairly top of the line. Priced my ideal build over and over, 9950X3D, RTX 5080, Top Tier SSD, good thermals.
Writing this on day one because honestly, so far, it's amazing. Only immediate upgrade is a GPU anti sag bracket holder because these RTX 50 series cards are so big. May eventually upgrade RAM to 64 or 96 but not sure I'll need to.
Here are the components I received that aren't explicitly stated in the specs. Your components may vary but here's what they sent me.
MB - ASUS X870-P WIFI
GPU - MSI - 5080 Ventus 3X OC white
SSD - MSI M482
So far this thing really cranks. Unless something negative or unforeseen happens this rig is pretty great for the price for a pre-built thru a big box. You can't even find this build on the Thermaltake website so its probably custom for Best Buy.
Not bad Best Buy Gaming PC department buyer!

Similar to another review, the specs that arrived for me were:
MB - ASUS X870-P WIFI
GPU - 5080 Zotac Gaming Solid OC white
SSD - MSI M482
The box actually included a GPU bracket stand so I installed that too. And I had to plug in the included wifi antenna to get wifi/bluetooth to work.
Like most AM5 boards, it took some time for the first boot and anytime I changed the bios. I made sure to flash the latest bios update for the mb to get the most out of the 9950X3D.
I'm removing a star because the one issue I had is that the AIO cooler pump makes a rattling noise at full RPM. I used the bios to reduce the pump speed to a 80% which stops the noise and still seems to keep the temps low for now.
The system itself is pretty great, the one wish I had would be for it to have 64 gb RAM instead of the included 32. But not everyone will need that, and it is easy to upgrade yourself later.

This was my first time buying Pre-built. Everything came as in order, 5080 Zotac Solid OC Asus Prime mother board, 2TB, 1000 Watt power supply, 9950x3D 16 core. Initially, the package came in damaged, punctured the shipping box and went right thru the actual PC case barley missing the PSU. I powered on the rig, and got black screen, no display. Swapped monitors and got the same result. Did some troubleshooting, called thermal take and they were actually very helpful. I saw other revieves in this item and determined possible faulty GPU and/or damaged during shipping. I was pretty bummed, but bestbuy was quick with the response and went to my local store to get a new, same rig. Hoping this one comes 10/10. Thermaltake, good customer service.

I was going to just build my own but came across this. Wow this thing runs. On first boot up, it would not register anything on my monitor. After plugging it in to each dpi slot and hdmi slot I was worried it was a dud and i was going to have to send it back. Low and behold tried the dpi slot again and boom it was on. I have had this for 4 months now and very impressed with it. Very quite but bright.

After purchasing this PC from Best Buy, it arrived in what seemed to be a well sorted box. Low and behold after powering on and working for a couple hours the PC started crashing, into a boot loop with no VGA output. This was the end of May when this started happening. I contacted Thermaltake support and went back and forth for about 3 weeks wasting my time troubleshooting this device for them essentially. Mutiple times I was asked to take pictures of the parts, as well as remove and reseat every componant in the device per customer service request. I was instructed to reinstall drivers, update bios firmware. Reflash bios firmware, reinstall windows multiple times in order to diagnose the problems for them. If I would have known I would be disasembling and reassembling my own PC I would have built my own and not bought a prebuilt. I purchased a prebuilt to help supplement my work doing 3D CAD design, to be able to keep working and not have any downtime between customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case, as I had to turn away customers and delay paying customers due to not having a working PC while troubleshooting my issues with my defective unit. Finally, after weeks of back and forth they agreed I would need to send them back my entire PC to Thermaltake for RMA. It was approximatelty 2 more weeks before they were able to fix and send back my PC. Initial repair was a broken GPU(RTX 5080) and damaged motherboard. Not even 2 hours into gaming and the PC starts doing the exact same thing as before. Black screen followed by a restart that would fail over and over again to POST. Another 2 weeks go by after back and forth with customer support again and they finally are having me send back the PC a second time. Their initially thought was both times I received my PC the GPU was installed into the motherboard from the factory that builds/repairs them. This was not supposed to be happening per customer support as the "big" GPUs should be shipped seperate from the PC to prevent damages. This was not the case for my new purchase as well as the return from RMA, both times the GPU was inside the case smashed between foam packaging. Both times broken out of the box essentially. I am currently waiting on another PC to be built and shipped to me as I write this almost 3 months later, still without a working PC that I paid for. To say I am upset is laughable. Im furious at the lack of customer care and inability to make the situation right. When a customer buys a prebuilt it should work out of the box, if it doesnt it should not be the customers job to waste my time and effort diagnosing the issues for them. To further add to the disheartening debacle with Thermaltake. I asked, since my PC was being repaired again if I could "upgrade" my GPU from the 5080 that was installed to a 5090 for an agreed upon price increase that I would pay in addition to the purchase. Their reaponse was insulting at the least. They wanted to charge me over MSRP for a card they surely paid wholesale for to the tune of $1350 more to upgrade to a 5090 over the 5080 of the same brand and model. After looking into the prices it seems that the retail price difference was less than $750 between a 5080 and 5090. I submitted two links to actively availiable to purchase cards on Newegg.com showing the difference in prices and how it was insanity to try and charge me even more for a card after being dragged through the mud by Thermaltake. The least they could have done would to have been to sell me the card at cost to help alleviate a little of the wasted time and lost wages accumulated over the 3 months of not having a working PC, due to their negligence. This simple soultion would have eased the situation and allowed me to potentially remain loyal to them as a customer as this would have been a mutual solution and ultimately cost them nothing. Needless to say, I did not get any satisfaction from them. They were completely unwilling to work with me. Lots of back and forth with upper management at Thermaltake expressing my concern to no prevail. It seems they have no reason to care for the way they treat their customers. Bottom line, dont support this company. They are hacks, and butchers, thieves even. Save yourself the headaches and buy from a different company.

On first boot could only get black screen from all ports on GPU. Everything was seated correctly, but I removed and reseated everything but the CPU and cooler. When I connected to the onboard graphics through the onboard HDMI I could finally make it to the BIOS. I checked all setting and even forced PCIe to 3.0 and 4.0 to check for GPU compat issues. The BIOS was up to date. When I started the PC with the on board I would get to windows but it was laggy and kept trying to use the GPU. I remove the GPU completely and the PC booted and loaded windows perfectly. I continued to try to troubleshoot the GPU but the the system would not output. I called Thermaltake support but they do just requested a name and a phone number to get back to me with. I picked this up yesterday and I will be returning it today. Extremely frustrating as I spent 5 hours straight working on this OUT OF THE BOX experience.
Motherboard is ASUS Prime x870-p wifi
GPU I received was Zotec Solid 5080

I setup everything, but had issues with the monitor not recognizing by motherboard. Only way to get a signal to the monitor was to connect it to the motherboard, but it would lag so bad it took hour just to get through windows setup. I returned it the next day and Best Buy reordered another one. Gave extra star just for the Best Buy service.
