please dont order this the pc came with the pannel broken i do not reconmend this and runs games so go somewhere else witg your money

Shipping woes

While the product was satisfactory the shipping was a total nightmare. I paid for expedited shipping for my sons birthday and it arrived 5 days later than the expected day. Could have had the exact model for a slightly lower price with free 2 day shipping from a competitor…. This is my first bad Best Buy experience in at least 20 years

Double charged my bank. No customer support

You have double charged my bank account and I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this god awful mistake you have made. I now have no money in my checking account and no computer in my possession, either as it is due to be picked uo in store on the 26th. I will NEVER order anything from you all again. This has caused me great stress.
