I was very happy with this PC for the first year. Performance was excellent and I had no significant issues during that time. Unfortunately, shortly after the warranty period expired, the system began experiencing serious startup problems. Most startup attempts fail before video output and keyboard initialization occur, requiring multiple attempts before the computer will boot. Sometimes it will not boot at all for days. If and when it does start, it generally runs normally, but the issue returns once the system is powered off. I have performed extensive troubleshooting, including memory testing, CMOS resets, driver updates, and other diagnostics. I have also opened a support/RMA request with Thermaltake and am currently waiting to hear back from them. If Thermaltake resolves the issue, I will update this review. At the moment, however, I cannot recommend a system that developed a major reliability problem so soon after the warranty expired. At this price point, I expected significantly better long-term reliability and did not expect the system to become an intermittent paperweight just over a year after purchase.

I purchased this computer and it had a damaged GPU. I have been dealing with the manufacture to get it repaired. But best buy has tried to charge me more money to get them to address the issue. Best Buy sucks. The jury is still out of Thermaltake
