Good power supply
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This a great all around power supply. I buy them fairly often for mid-range PC builds. It supports most mid-range video cards, all boards. The SATA connectors are spaced out a bit too close, so prepare to get creative. Plenty of Molex connectors, 1 floppy connector, 24-20 pin connector, 1 8-4 pin CPU connector, 1 PCIE connector. Features 22amp 3.3v, 18amp 12v+ 1, 18 amp 5v+, 17 amp 12v+ 2 & a 5 year warranty.

Great buy for simpler PC's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great buy for those who have older and simpler PC's. It is very high quality and has all the necessary connectors for just about any build of PC. One caution - the wattage rating is not high enough for those PC's that have the big buck high performance video cards. Those rigs need power supplies of 600 - 100 watts. Gamer fans are well aware of that anyway. Great price!

Basic power supply
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This power supply is typically what I will get when left in a pinch. It has enough watts to power most current basic desktops, with plenty of connectors to hook up the internal components. I have not installed enough of these to have a good idea of failure rates, but so far they have held up well enough.

Exactly what I needed. Great quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was VERY happy with this purchase. The quality was excellent. It had very clever connectors that split apart to adapt to multiple types of ATX boards. The cords are encased in webbing to make the installation very clean and organized. It is super quiet.

Excellent PS for older systems and newer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Older PS burned out suddenly and need quick replacement for older system, but didn't want to break the bank since I just use this particular desktop system for misc. projects. Went window shopping at Best Buy and found this unit on sale for $39.99 and it had all the molex connectors I needed to attach to the older devices I have installed. Seems to be getting harder to find enough connectors on PS units without having to adapt the SATA style connectors. More than enough power to run the P4 system it's installed into, with plenty of SATA connectors to use for future upgrades. Plenty of cable length on power lines to reach devices. Runs quiet and fits standard tower case without issue. Have been running it on and off for about a month now and no issues. Would recommend this brand without question. Great deal even if it wasn't on sale.

Good enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: Easy install, good cable management and cable lengths, black color matched my case. Cons: noisy, no efficiency rating on outside of box. I needed an adequate power supply quickly and could not locate my preferred brand Antec when I visited my local Best Buy location. I bought this based on wattage and price point only. It's good enough.

I would recommend this
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been running this power supply on and off for several months and have had no problems with it. Thermaltake is an excellent brand and I have never had any problems with their units. It runs quiet and steady, had all the motherboard connections I needed (which is why I upgraded from the old Thermaltake unit) and was straight-forward to install.

good power supply for the average user
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Power supply is good for the average user. Easy to install with good cable management. Good warranty. No complaints except that when I looked it up online it said it was not in stock at my local store....they had 4 on the shelf when I went in to purchase my second choice. Was happy to find they had what I wanted actually in stock.

right part, right price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though BestBuy.com didn't show power supplies being available in the local stores, I made the trip and found the one I needed on the shelf. It was priced higher in the store than online so they price matched at the checkout. The power supply works great.

Excellent quality and value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent quality and value. Price was about $49 or so. 430W wattage for that price was excellent. Used it to replace a lower wattage Dell OEM PSU. Plenty of connectors and no cable length issues, of course, that will vary by case, etc., but it was perfect as a Dell OEM replacement. Might not be perfect for a gamer PC, for example. Easy swap, quiet fan, seems to run cool as it is oversize wattage-wise, perfect fit, stable, no issues whatsoever.

Revived my desktop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The power supply on my self assembled desktop gave up the ghost and I didn't want to wait for a replacement from an online merchant. I was going to go with a Corsair but this model was half the price and had a better warranty. Granted the Corsair was a higher wattage model but I didn't have a graphics card in my computer so this unit would meet all my needs. I checked the online merchant I usually buy from while I was at Best Buy and Best Buy's price for the Thermaltake was lower than what the other merchant was asking. It has performed flawlessly in my system and is much quieter than the old power supply. I'm happy.

Decent and cheap PSU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As long as you're keeping this PSU within its limits, its a good buy. I'd usually recommend a Corsair CX or CS supply, but for those looking to upgrade their pre-built computers to include more Sata drives and even a not-very-power-hungry GPU, this will serve you well.

Works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rebuilt my trusty old AMD Phenom II box. New power supply and video card and it is running like a champ. This power supply is VERY quiet and the case stays really cool. Even when I crank up the usage with a video game, power is smooth and cool. Great PSU!

Solid Power Supply, Good Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace a similar capacity unit that seemed to be going out. This one has plenty of connectors for a simple machine, but those that need alot of connectors should check that this fits their requirements. No problems in about 3months now.

Good PSU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to buy one of the cheaper PSUs but they were all out and ended up buying this, the next cheapest one. It's a nice PSU and has plenty of connectors. Everything I needed and I actually feel better about using this in my computer than a really cheap one.

Thermaltake one of the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard to go wrong with Thermaltake as it is one of the best ones out there. Only better would be a Corsair but they are a bit pricier and this was to repair a family members computer so this one made a good compromise of price and quality.

So far, so good!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for some small upgrades I was making to my PC (Video Card) and my current Power Supply could now power it. Buying this made it work and I've had no problem with it at all.

Perfect and easy to install!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this online and picked it up the same day from the store. Got it home and had it installed in less than 5 minutes. Had the connector we needed for the new video card. Perfect!
