If my toy Yorkie Coco could assemble this PC, it would definitely do a better job. All input-output connections are inside the case, so even if you want to connect a hard drive, you have to open the case. This case is unnecessarily huge and can be used as storage if needed. There are 13 cheap old fans which can cause eye strain and headaches after a day of use. Unfortunately, even Thermaltake or OpenRGB can't detect the fans, which means you have no control over lights, speed, etc. It's not worth your money, I returned it after 72 hours when 4 of the fans stopped working. When I took it to BestBuy, they told me it was a motherboard issue.y told me it was a motherboard issue.

I have had this computer for a little over a month, and I have had nothing but bad experiences with it, first of all, the darn computer weights over 60 pounds, passable, but its huge, also this computer keeps restarting over and over, after I play some games, that are not that heavy on the computer, such as, resident evil 2 or my main game, World Of Warcraft, this thing just shuts down on its own, no problems showing, just restarts, I took it to besbuy to get it check, geek squad did some test, that I could have done at my house, and they said nothing is wrong with the computer, but it kept on restarting out of no where, so then I formatted the thing, and pretty much started anew, one day it was working fine, the next day restarting again, at this point I think I am done with it, I paid over $4k for something that should be working not this piece of crap, honestly its just garbage.

I got the version with the The ASUS PRIME Z790 ATX motherboard and RTX 4090 GPU 64GB ram 4 terabytes this PC is an absolutely monster can run anything feel like over kill

Super the best pc ever i had. I recomended super cleand, super fast, easy to install and use.

Incredible out of the box performance. I've run extensive testing and benchmarks, even compared to custom builds, and this PC performs fantastic. Cool, quiet, and powerful. I've had 0 issues running under load for significant periods of time to date. The charity I lead has benefitted greatly as I've been able to do my work, play anything at any setting, and enjoy what the current market has to offer without stress. Best buy screwed up my initial order, and they never quite fixed it - but it arrived just fine thanks to Thermaltake =)

It is a very reliable computer, although I haven’t had it for long, the temperature stays relatively low under a lot of stress and for for games is very good

Not thrilled so far. The GPU (and MSI Trio X 4090) hovers at 87c under game load, which seems really high. That is with all fans maxed out so its loud as tornado but still not cooling the GPU that effectively. I'm debating returning it because of this.
