Great camera, however the price is outrageous for not even including the hardwire set up. You cannot have the continuous recording during parking mode unless you have the hardwire kit. Another thing I've noticed is that you cannot watch the videos that aren't downloaded, from anywhere other than your car. It will not let you connect your phone to the camera even if you're only 5 feet away. Don't get me wrong, the quality is amazing even during night driving. However, if you're not willing to spend the extra $20.00 to purchase the hardwire kit then you should only expect it to do just that, record while you're driving and know you can't have that piece of mind while you're away from your vehicle.

I was looking for a dash cam to replace an old one that recorded a recent auto accident I was involved in. The setup was fairly simple and the cam produces good quality. The dash cam has various settings for prioritizing parking, event and motion detection. It comes with a 16gb card (I believe). I used a larger card for longer recording time. Give this cam a try.

I purchased this dash cam specifically because it can work with the thinkware rear dash cam. I’ve had a couple issues with the first two dash cams as they were defective but the current one I have I’ve had for several months and it’s been working great. This dash cam is super high quality and I love the thinkware app that you can use. They do only provide a 16 gb micro sd card, which is a little small for my preference, but if you ever needed footage from an incident or want to save something, the app comes in hand and you can download the footage onto your phone. A lot of people say that the accident detection is very sensitive whenever they hit a speed bump or whatever, but I actually think that’s a good thing. You never know when someone will slightly hit you, you need that sensitivity for the dash cam to go off and start doing an incident recording. Once you plop your micro as in your computer, you can see all the videos in one folder where all the incidences happened which shook the dash cam. Comes in handy! My only gripe is that this dash cam can be picky with other sd cards. I wish they would have mentioned that in the booklet! These seem to work well with only certain sd cards and their own thinkware sd cards (which are expensive!! And only warranted for 6 months!). Currently looking for a new sd card as I keep getting a formatting error with my Sandisk High Endurance. Overall, it’s a good dash cam. I enjoy the footage, especially if my drives are scenic, and also have protection in case I were to get into an accident. I recommend this dash cam if you’re looking for something with more features than just a regular dash cam.

Cameras awesome. Just wish it could run off a battery and not the cigarette lighter due to the car needs to be on for it to work.

It’s a good cam but had a hard time to connect to WiFi, i have read that there an issue with the wifi but thinkware already updated the firewall and fixed the issue.

In San Antonio, a dashcam is a necessity. I researched several different cams, but ended up buying this one. Although I don’t have the rear camera, I’m pleased with the purchase. The quality is very clear and the SD card that came with it is 16GB.

It’s pricey for a dash cam, especially since the rear doesn’t come with. But the smartphone connectivity and great image, you do get what you pay for. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks but so far so good!

Sharp images, lane drift warning, GPS, red light and speed camera warning. If you're moving and get too close to the car in front of you on the highway it will warn you. This is a very good dash cam.

All functions of the cam work great except for one. It has connectivity issues with the iPhone app. It may due to the ability to connect to hotspot.

It's great camera, offers a lot of features like Wifi connectivity, GPS built in, Full HD also offers rear camera (Optional). Its easy when it comes to daily basis for recording only but using their app for connect though Wifi and setting up hotspot feature is not so friendly.

I love the dash cam as the setup for it wasn't a hassle. It's not that bulky or ugly. It's a decent looking dash cam that supports 1080p which is in my opinion the bare minimum that you would want in a dash cam. I love this dash cam but wish it came with a rear camera as well.

Dashcam works great hard wired into a direct circuit. Never have to hit record, it's always recording and looping without user input. I recommend this dashcam to anyone looking for their first dashcam.

Works as described. Good Device. Just one thing. Usually difficult to sync with a smart phone.

I have been using it for about a month now under different driving conditions. Video quality is excellent. You can actually see clearly even at night time conditions. Camera seems to adjust real well when you go from light to dark (i.e. tunnel) and back out again without missing a beat. Only complain I have is the amount of little clips it came with to route the wire. They really went cheap on that item and it is not at all enough to route the cable around the windshield AT ALL.

It has been very easy to use and grab video from it when needed with my cell phone. Great dash cam overall.

Bought this this past xmas. Works ok with stock Sd card. But excellent with an upgraded scandisk 128gb. BUT....I cannot get it to work bluetooth on my note 9. Works good with note 8. They need to get the software issues fixed.
