tThis product meets all my needs for a dash cam. I added to optional rear camera and cord for recording parking lot damage. I have not had an incident that required the use of the recording, but am confident I have lthe right product.

I purchased this for my wife, to give her added proof if she happens to be in an accident.

always wanted a forward looking camera, it has more options then I need but good deal

The camera overall works good. The thing that i did not like about it was that it only records 1 minute clips with no option to change duration. I like having some options like 3,5,10 minute videos. Also i thought the videos could have been sharper when trying to read license plates. I returned and got another brand dash cam.

It's okay. Not very good in low light. Day light also hard to see plate numbers.

I hard wired the camera and it works great!! It requires no intervention...

Only thing is memory card too low, record in parking mode but for one hour only, if u park longer then one hour how would be know when u get hit. Better upgrade to larger size memory card.

If only the options 'hardwire cord' was included Would've gave 5 stars

worked fine on my last trip, not really able to see it in use.

I previously bought a dash camera system and after using it for 1 day I instantly regretted my purchase. I returned it for this dash camera and am extremely happy!

I tried another brand and it was junk and difficult to set up or view. Got 3 of these, one for each vehicle and rv.

Works great and easy to install and operate. I plugged it in and it can stay on a continuous loop.

Works as it should great for evidence in the event of a crash or someone hitting reverse.

I purchased this item for recent road trip as I wanted that "extra little piece of insurance" should anything happen. Well lets just say this camera just doesn't live up to the hype. The video is supposed to be HD Quality but it hardly comes close. While overall recordings are of good quality you still can't read a license plate clearly even when it is less than 10 ft away while sitting at stop lights. The G-Sensor is too sensitive (even after resetting it to the lowest sensitivity level available) it records every pothole, dip, bump, and other defects in the road as 1 minute "events" that chew up your available storage space on the SD card. With the included 16 GB Micro SD card you only get about 90 minutes of actual drive time footage and about 60 minutes of "event" footage. After those times are "used up" it wipes out everything prior recorded. (That's great if you are taking short trips but terrible for longer trips which is what I took). All in all just not worth the money spent. It is "up-gradable" with a larger SD card (32 or 64 GB) but get ready for sticker shock as you can only use a certain type.
