I mean can we say instant classic.. great movie even if you're not a fan of these type of movies or actors. If you can put all that aside it is very entertaining and hilarious.if you give it a chance I'll give you a bite of the Milky Way!

I like Seth Rogen James Franco all star cast in it really great film about the end of the world and it's a comedy thumbs up

This film, has a subtle introduction into the Hollywood lifestyle, which brings forward the upcoming laughs in this apocalyptic event. The dialogues are well written for laughs and enjoyment. I enjoyed this film, had seen it before in theaters that when I saw it being sold, this movie is a must have. If you are looking for a film that builds up it characters and places them in suspense situations that yield insane moments of levity that will entertain you, than this film will do it. ENJOY!

Always wanted to see this film but never got around it. Now that's on DVD, with a little extra behind the scenes, it was worth the wait. An all out cast from beginning to end. Oh though I was told about this movie with spoilers, I still enjoyed it. Warning for the extra behind the scenes, there's alot of profaned language, funny but no kids should be around, well use your own judgement. The reason why I try to get DVDs.

This movie is almost like a hidden gem. Saw in theaters and laughed as hard as Harold & Kumar go to White Castle -or- the Hangover! Don’t sleep on it! & @ the $5.99 price I scored it at, well worth owning & showing to friends!!

This was a gift for my son. I have not seen the movie but he requested 2 years in a row so it must be pretty good

I was really unsure about this movie because it had so many comedians in it, so was it going to mesh and really be funny. This group really pulled it off and it was enjoyable with some interesting and funny twist, Crazy. You must own this movie,

This is one of my favorite comedies of the past ten years. Its so ridiculous and hilarious its hard not to laugh. Everyone has great comedic chemistry, its not hard to believe that they are all friends in real life. I highly recommend it

Funny movie. Glad to find it through BestBuy. Wanted a hard copy and arrived in perfect condition.

This is a funny movie to get. The only complaints was that the film didnt come it a digital copy to redeem and part of the case is broken. But the discs are in excellent condition

You don't expect that a movie that purports to be a silly comedy about the end of the world happening to the "real" Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson and Jay Baruchel to have poignancy or a satirical message, but that is what you actually get here. As the directorial debut for Rogen and long-time collaborator Evan Goldberg, they really put the work into this. A 30 million dollar flick that looks bigger and bolder than it does, though weirder than you'd expect at times. Mostly, it's full of gross-out gags and tasteless jokes. But why then does it work so well, as a laugh-a-minute (even more sometimes) comedy that, up to a point, even takes it characters seriously? Because the actors have, naturally a rapore, and don't mind making knuckleheads of themselves. It's also an example of dumb being done smart, which can also be seen in Superbad and Knocked up and up to a point in The Green Hornet (The Interview, their follow-up, is even bolder and mostly works as well). Celebrity culture can be easy to lampoon, but the targets here are not exactly obscure or in-jokey, at least too much. When McBride shows up, practically unnanounced, eating all of the character's stashed-away-for-the-duration food at Franco's place and proceeds to mock them mercilessly, every line is a zinger and is funny even if you don't know (by some chance) that Hill got nominated for an Oscar for Moneyball. Rogen and Golderg rely on the character's behavior, and a knowingness that the characters do dumb things. The difference in quality between this and more super-low-brow stuff - let's say the Scary Movies flicks - is in the timing and quick-witted sponteneity and the embracing of the crude humor. When a demon shows up with a big swinging, uh, phallus, it certainly isn't subtle. But if just reading that you chuckle, then you know what you're in for. The actors are all game for being made jokes out of one another, and recognizing their idiocy especially in the back-drop that is presented here. And it's a real MOVIE as well, the filmmakers take the back-drop seriously and present it not as a joke - it can be rather terrifying to see some of the crazy things happen around these character (rapturing, holes in the ground sucking people in, fires, demons, crazy CGI creatures). Ultimately, This is the End is all in good fun, revels in the ups-and-downs of these characters and their conflicts that bring them down to base levels, and the mockery is knowing and clever. It's also stylish and fun, and shows young filmmakers really strapping in and taking people for a ride. It's the kind of flick you can watch over and over. Especially if you have been aching to see PIneapple Express 2 featuring Woody Harrelson.

This movie is hilarious and a classic toDo you watch over and over. I’ve seen it before and I watched it with my son for the first time we will be watching this movie many times the future I believe.

Loved this movie. The one punch liners from every comedic actor are on point. When these actors work together you know it’s going to be a great movie. “Sink hole de mayo”!!!

This movie had a lot of my favorite actors in it and I already knew this movie was gonna be funny. Didn’t get my digital copy with it though

The Canadian bunch of comedians really do some crazy over the top stunts and shows. Laugh out loud nuttiness.
