    This laptop is defective or something. It has no wifi capabilities. It says I have to use broadband, VPN or dial up? Thats not even a thing anymore! Whats the point of a laptop that doesn't use wifi? The mouse pad is also super touchy and is constantly clicking on things I didn't click or switching between apps for no reason. I didn't even get to use it because I can't connect to the internet.

    This computer is crap. It's slow AF (loading, internet, everything) and has a terrible camera that is very pixelated. I bought it solely to use for Zoom while I worked on graphics on my other computer. I don't use the computer for anything else and it's almost halfway through it's memory 2 months after purchase. I wish I could take it back but I missed the return window. I don't know who this computer would be good for.

    Awful. Damaged hardware out of the box. Wont connect to the wifi and no ports to connect to hardwire. Came brand new and as soon as i plugged it in and tried to set it up got error mess. Saying internal hardware malfunction. Internally broken and waste of time and money.

    Dont ever break the charger. You will have a hard time ever finding another one (even at Best Buy). They are made by a division of RCA which sadly is not the quality it used to be.

    Overall worst laptop ever super slow wont stay connected to internet buttons already sticking i strongly advise ylu to not buy this laptop oh and battery life forget it might as well be a wired laptop u will have it on charge so long

    The absolute worst computer I have ever bought. It was a gift for my granddaughter for homeschooling and it very slowly powered on once to check it out and then never worked again after it was shut down. Thanks best buy for pure junk.

    not a bad laptop but when I first got it, the wifi worked just fine it connected and now it doesn’t even show the button to turn the wifi on even when i go to settings and i’ve tried everything i could and things i saw on youtube. I ended up ordering a usb to ethernet adapter in hopes that works

    First time purchasing a laptop from best buy for my 2 kids. I got them both 1 apiece for Christmas . One of the team members at the store went over everything what they nee about the laptop and i think my kids gonna love. We will see Christmas day.
