The film: very funny, great adventure, wonderful special effects, lots of color, and a great electronic score. The packaging: Gorgeous steelbook case. Warning: If you are redeeming your digital copy in iTunes, there is not currently a 4K version of the film. If they add one eventually, and you have a 4K Apple TV, it should upgrade automatically, but as of time of writing it is HD only.

The great thing about the Thor movies is how each one is so very unique to each other yet interweaving with one another and the rest of the MCU. Like most of the marvel movies I caught this at the big screen and thought it was a bit much on humor. After watching the movie at home I have to say it got a lot better. Its just one of those movies you absolutely enjoy the second time around.

Digital, BluRay and 4K...what can be better? We love our options and now I can watch this movie from anywhere!! I loved this movie and it’s definitely one of my top favorite Marvel films. The director’s clearly Kiwi sense of humor shines through. Jeff Goldblum’s ever quirky performance only caps off the appearance of stars who briefly make their showing throughout this massive film.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was a comic book movie no doubt, but it also had a lot of comedic elements, even more than your standard Marvel movie. But the writing and direction made it work in a way that made the movie better. And the Thor and Hulk/Bruce Banner interaction made for a good buddy movie. Now they need to give Hulk his own movie and let Thor be the "sidekick".

This was our first movie in the theaters together, and then decided to purchase it as our first 4k UltraHD movie. LOVE IT - great picture quality, great movie. I will admit that the price is high, in my opinion considering there is always new technology coming out - but if it's on sale grab it. Great addition to the collection

This movie is a riot. I love the humor. The action is good too, but the best part is the humor throughout the movie. New characters compared to older Thor and Avengers movies are fantastic like Valkyrie and the Grand Master. Digital code allows you to watch on any device with a compatible app like Movies Anywhere.

Love the Thor series from Marvel and how they tied all the movies into the Avengers. This one is great for dolby atmos and action as all Marvel movies are. The character development of Marvel characters always intrigued me as a youngster and I think they blew these movies out of the water. RIP Stan Lee

I’m no videophile or audiophile but I have no complaints about the quality of this release. I’ve a UHD 4K Samsung tv and a Song 4K Blu-ray player. The picture and sound were awesome. As far as the movie itself, it’s one of my favorites-great action and humor. I highly recommend this movie and I believe it’s one of the best movies released in the MCU to date.

I know this movie isn't fully true 4k, and uses a 2k master at some parts of the movie, also that there is a lot of CGI, but don't let that distract you from the vivid colors and flashing HDR highlights. With a properly set up TV and sound system, this movie really pops out a pure cinematic experience.

Another awesome Marvel classic wonderful for the whole family funny awesome special effects and story, just plain fun. Wasn't sure my little girl would like it but sure enough the three-year-old girl loves the Hulk amazing special effects Chris Hemsworth did amazing job as Thor as always and Hulk was the comedian of the story awesome music soundtrack was really awesome

Love the Marvel Universe and this is one of my favorites with Thor being one of my favorite characters. Non stop action with lots of drama and humor and emotions. My favorite kind of movies. So glad I found this in 4K at a great price. Best Buy always has great deals on movies around the holidays.

I honestly believe this is by far the best Thor that Marvel has put out so far. It’s funny in all the right places and same with the action. Marvel definitely hit a home run with this one and if you haven’t seen it then you’re definitely missing out. I ordered the movie online through Best Buy (obviously) and they had it delivered exactly when they said they would.

I don't have a 4K TV or player (disc or streaming) just yet, but I plan to. I've been making a point of buying the 4K versions of movies I'm sure are going to be played a lot, and are visual spectacles. I enjoyed Thor Ragnarok in the theatre when it came out, and enjoyed the HD on my 2011 HD TV. Can't wait to see it in 4K when my eventual upgrade happens!

First off on the technical side, the Blu-ray for Thor Ragnarok is fantastic. It has an excellent selection of special features and the video and audio quality are wonderful. Now, as for the movie, I personally am not a fan of the comedic direction Taika Waititi took with Thor. Now yes, Chris Hemsworth does have a wonderful comedic presence, but it felt out of place in this film, and it turned his character into a bit of a dope. Also, it felt like two movies awkwardly crammed into one. However, when I watch it, it’s a blast, and one part of me is trying to tell me I should hate it, but the other part just absolutely enjoys every second of it.

The Thor movies used to be the weakest of the solo MCU franchises, but this latest installment reinvents the character, and takes him and his supporting cast (those who survive, anyway) in new directions. The movie is fun, and funny, and unexpected. The Best Buy exclusive steelbook is great, as always, but I was very disappointed that it was not available in 3D.

This looks absolutely fantastic in 4K! The audio was spectacular, too. This may go without saying, but it's worth watching the first two Thor movies before this one. There are plot points/continuations that are worth knowing. All-in-all, a truly fun watch on an OLED with surround sound!

Didn't enjoy this movie as much as the first two Thor movies. Felt like the beginning and finding hulk were painfully slow, but after that, action picked up and was entertaining. Still worthy add to the collection.

I loved this movie and I recommend anybody who’s a true marvel comic fan to buy this it’s worth having. The director did a really good job adding comedy with action, adventure, fantasy and sci fi. This is a impressive and big and really good production. One of the best movies I’ve seen in the year 2016.

The god of death, Hera, the heretofore unseen sister of our hero, returns from enforced exile a touch perturbed by her previous dismissal. Not one to let bygones be gentle bygones she touches off a bid for power DR Strange also makes an appearence. Excellent Marvel Comic super hero film. Highly recommended. Also setting up the upcoming Avengers Infinity War.

Easily one of the most fun superhero flicks ever. The name invokes the end of the world, while the tone is more of a buddy comedy with TONS of action. The incidental music and titles evoke a distinctly 80's vibe. There ARE some darker notes in the film when dealing with family and the villain, but they are distributed well along the movie's timeline.
