My alienware from about 5 years ago is finally falling apart and I had to find something i could pick up that day. This bag did the trick for the trip, but I wouldn't say it's anything beyond ordinary. The build is not overly sturdy. the material is very flexible and could feel weak at times. The cushioned laptop space is not heavy duty, so if you buy this, don't plop the bag down from any height, even a few inches made a thud I wasn't happy with.

But if you carry a lot of stuff with you this bag will not sit up right when you put it down. It slides off my desk or falls over due to the weight being lopsided.
