I enjoy my purchase because as I kid of Generation X, Thundar was my Saturday cartoon ritual… The Blu-ray is fantastic…Clear, colorful and has an extra….

Thundarr is back; now on blu-ray! Toss the old DVD

The show has never looked better. I ran through a handful of episodes and found no real issues with it. The picture quality is pretty good for this release; it cleaned up nicely. Love the richer colors over the standard DVD set (time to get rid of it). I had no issues with the sound quality either; everything was audible. It was all enough to bring back those memories. If you loved Thundarr, Ookla and Princess Ariel as much as I did growing up; you won't be disappointed.

80's Saturday Treasure

The DVD version was an "on demand" version that I passed on. But I loved watching this on Saturday mornings as a kid. This new release really looks and sounds great and much better than I have seen it before. Highly recommended if you are a Thundarr fan.

Nostalgic 80s Magic

If you love He-Man or Galtar, you'll either already know about Thundarr or you'll want to know about this... so go ahead and buy the Blu-Ray edition while you can!

Marvel fan on Thundar

It is action packed loaded in sci-fi and packed with fantasy. I remember this as a kid and excited to be watching it again. Love this show, so worth it.

Lords of light!

This classic from Ruby-Spears production is a perfect blend of sword and sorcery with science fiction. A must buy for fans of classic animation!
