Really great selection of music, and the monthly fee supports more musicians than most streaming platforms. One less star for questionable daily playlists and radios. Not as good as Pandora or Spotify for that stuff. If you are a bit more hands-on and redirect Tidal- it is great to have the better quality.

Since i downloaded Tidal on my pc and phone ive had nothing but problems. The desktop app keeps crashing and disconnecting from Tidal servers, the volume controls keep glitching and maxing, so the volume blasts out of my speakers. On mobile the audio also crashes and fails to connect to Tidal servers, it failed to connect to my bluetooth headphones, and when i tried to listen to music in offline mode it kept crashing the app. I have about a dozen other complaints but those are the major ones.

I got tidal and havent stopped using it. Though theres some artist's songs and albums on there. It does have the hi-fi for perfect sound quality

i was fraudulently charged every month for this and i never purchased it, it came for free with one of my purchases and they charged me for 14 months

I never even activated this subscription but yet I was still charged. I have called best buy twice and done the online chat once. All 3 times I was advised that I would be refunded in 1-3 days, weeks later and still no refund. Unacceptable.

Garbage subscription charge described as "purchased in store" which I never did. Very very surprised Bestbuy is operating this way, had to cancel my credit card and spend a significant amount of time getting this crap resolved.

Tidal is a great music streaming service thst has everything. There's also great pre-made playlists of all genres.

Great audio sound and quality also loved that it was a freebie
