Stay away from these cheap offer subscription that best buy offers via Tidal. I canceled 3 month $1 membership and thought I was good. I kept getting billed $15 a month 3 times even though I canceled the account via tidal. The app won't let me play music even though it's still 'active' via Best Buy. The Tidal website says I do not have a subscription. Best Buy says I did not cancel. It seems like you HAVE to cancel via Best Buy in order to stop getting charged. VERY disappointed in this shady practice.

So the initial product description stated this was for a 3 month Tidal trial. Now I click on the same product link through my past purchases, and it claims it's only for 1 month. BestBuy subscriptions page states my next billing date is in 3 months, but the subscription is only 1 month. Hmm. Not sure what I just bought. At least it was only $1.

I have been paying $45 a month for Tidal without even knowing I was paying for 3 separate subscriptions once the trial ended. This went on for months. And now they won't refund my money or do anything about it.

Garbage that keeps charging you. Poor app, will never beat spotify. Owned by an absolute smoothbrained tosspot who is whittling you for a measly couple of bucks every month and its hard to cancel.

Tidal is great and it’s sad to see this getting review bombed because of Best Buy mishandling subscriptions. This has been the best streaming i have used to date and i only had to pay a dollar for three months :)

The subscription is $5 cheaper than getting it through tidal website if you have the subscription don't cancel it since it's no longer available.

Kind of annoying how this subscription is managed through Best Buy, but otherwise Tidal is a good music service.

I've tried to cancel but it will not let me keeps charging my card

I canceled before the trial ended got and confirmation email but it still charges me at the renewal point.

I very much enjoy Tidal. I don't think I would pay the normal price but the offers best buy puts out has kept my service active for almost a year for just a few dollars total. I really enjoy having the app on my phone, TV, tablet and even computer. I haven'[t been able to get many of my receivers or bluetooth speakers to play the master audio at its full potential but it still sounds great.

It is nearly impossible to cancel this, they keep billing you and you can't easily move the service to pay directly.
