Bought in August just Before my Trip to Africa!

I must say I ended up using it almost always with the GO PRO BECAUSE its camera is so much better. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!. The freedom to create beautiful camera moves, and instantly react to the animals instead of waiting for any electronics to kick in made my footage possible. No joystick control or no lock in place having to move manually needs very steady hands without a fluid head. And I don't like that the gears and circuit board is exposed and not sealed underneath the handle base. Tiffen definitely dropped the ball for a long anticipated product. I will be returning mine back to bestbuy.

DON'T BUY. Worst buy in the world!

CONS: 1 - it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to balance 2 - if you will gonna use with GoPro, the number 1 is worst 3 - every movement that you make produces a noise click, easily captured by mic of phone or GoPro. Your movies will be a trash! 4 - I already told you that is impossible to balance with GoPro? PROS: I didn't find!
